Each part of the body, be it a limb, an organ or a system has a connection with a particular theme of thought. For example, the neck is related to flexibility thus if one is flexible in thought there will be flexibility in neck movement. However, being INflexible in ways of thinking will, over time, result in poor neck mobility. In this course we will go through some of the major thought patterns that can become 'stuck' or 'toxic' and we discuss their impact on the physical body. We also discuss options to transform old narrative styles and a variety of responses, aka affirmations, are offered as templates which can be personalised.
Helen Hansen is a kinesiologist with 20+ years experience as a mind-body practitioner. Helen has supported thousands of individuals to become aware of their personal mind-body patterns and then to transform old thinking habits into life-giving narrative which then resulted in physical healing and wellbeing.

Lección 1
Thoughts Shape The Body
How does narrative affect the health of the body? Which emotions are the most impactful on the physiology? What is the first step to changing narrative? What can I expect from the process of transforming thoughts and dialogue? These and other questions are answered in lesson one.
Lección 2
Narrative Impacting The Back, Shoulders, Hips
In this lesson we will look at thought patterns with related emotions connected to shoulders, hips and lower back, mid back and upper back area. Supportive narrative options are provided in alignment with the health of these areas of the body.
Lección 3
Narrative Impacting The Elbows, Wrists, Fingers, Ankles, Toes
In this lesson we will look at thought patterns with related emotions connected to smaller joints in the body. Supportive narrative options are provided in alignment with the health of these areas of the body: elbows, wrists, fingers, ankles, toes.
Lección 4
Narrative Impacting The Neck, Jaw, Ears, Nose, Eyes
In this lesson we will look at thought patterns with related emotions connected to the neck, jaw, ears, nose, eyes. Supportive narrative options are provided in alignment with the health of these areas of the body.
Lección 5
Narrative Impacting Menopause, Menstruation, Circulatory System & The Teeth
In this lesson we will look at thought patterns with related emotions connected to certain systems in the body. Supportive narrative options are provided in alignment with the health of these areas of the physiology: menopause, menstruation, circulatory system and the teeth.
