Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)
In our fifth and final lesson, we delve into Alternate Nostril Breathing, known as Nadi Shodhana, a revered yogic practice that harmonizes the body's energy channels, promoting balance and tranquility. This technique involves inhaling and exhaling through one nostril at a time while closing the opposite nostril, effectively cleansing the nadis (subtle energy pathways) thereby calming the mind and enhancing mental clarity.
