Cyclical Breath
We are changing things up today! Breathing in and out of the mouth instead of the nose...don't worry, we aren't "ruining" any of the work we've done; we are just shaking things up! We need "disruptions" to bring our awareness back into focus. If we get too into a rhythm or pattern, we go into autopilot mode. So this breathwork is a way of disrupting the "protective" patterns you may have and making a way for things to come up or out. Trust the process and surrender to the experience.

With every inhale, draw the golden light of creation into your crown — the pure essence of Source energy. Let it expand through your mind, your heart, your every cell. Let it fill your entire being and breathe with it.

As you breathe, you may feel natural DMT release within the body — the nectar of awakening, guiding you into deeper connection with the unseen realms of your own consciousness.
