Many people are used to meditating with their eyes closed. However, keeping them open also has benefits, such as improving concentration and staying alert. On Day 1, we examine why meditators might incorporate open-eye meditation into their practice.

Different meditation practices have various recommendations for eye positions, with some suggesting keeping eyes half-closed and looking downward, while others recommend keeping them open. On Day 2, we will explore these tips for starting your meditation practice. We will end with a short practice to get you used to this technique and incorporate some tips.
