This is a three-part course designed to help you move from feeling like a fraud to living authentically. Drawing on my doctoral research into impostor phenomenon in spiritual settings, this course guides you through practical tools to create inner safety, break free from rumination and perfectionism, and begin reclaiming your true identity. Each module combines gentle teaching, guided practices, and reflective prompts to help you calm your nervous system, set healthy boundaries, release old pressures, and step out from behind the mask. This is not about achieving more—it’s about becoming whole.

Lección 1
Finding Your Ground: Reclaiming Safety And Presence
In this first module, you’ll learn how impostor phenomenon often takes root—not because you’re flawed, but because your sense of self developed in environments with shifting expectations or conditional acceptance. We’ll begin by building a foundation of safety in your body, using a simple grounding practice to calm your nervous system and create space for reflection. Through a guided exercise, journaling prompts, and gentle reframing, you’ll start to see impostor feelings not as proof of inadequacy, but as signals pointing toward your deeper desire for authentic identity.
Lección 2
Breaking The Cycle - Triggers, Boundaries, And The Inner Critic
In this module, you’ll discover that impostor feelings are not a personal failing but a response to experiences that shaped how you see yourself. Together, we’ll gently uncover the hidden roots of those patterns, explore how to set boundaries that honor your worth, and practice simple, compassionate tools to help you feel grounded when doubt strikes. This is your chance to begin letting go of the pressure to be perfect and create space for a more authentic, confident you.
Lección 3
Becoming Whole - Forgiveness, Integration, And Moving Forward
In this final module, you’ll explore the path of becoming whole—gently reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve hidden, practicing forgiveness, and learning to integrate your true worth. Through a guided self-forgiveness meditation inspired by the Hawaiian practice of ho’oponopono, you’ll reconcile the part of you that never felt good enough with the part that held impossible standards. Pondering and journaling prompts will help you unpack and integrate the experience, so you can step forward with greater authenticity, freedom, and peace.
