In this lesson, I'll discuss how to start cultivating this - two words that are beautiful anchors plus a question you can come back to when life is happening. The foundational piece that once implemented will change your life.
Lección 2
Alchemising The Shadow Meditation
This meditation is designed to help you meet your shadows and befriend your emotions, as you begin to call all parts of yourself home and feel peace within. This short but powerful meditation will support you if you're feeling triggered or to lessen the resistance around certain emotions, allowing you to drop the story. It would also be beneficial to listen to before a journalling practise.

Journaling As A Spiritual Practise
Today is all about slowing and down and tuning in: with the power of journalling. Whether you make this a daily or regular practise, it's a beautiful way to deepen your relationship to Self, get curious and recenter yourself. It's about not fixing or trying to solve something, but about meeting ourselves in the moment and the grounding this can bring. Bring a pen and a journal/or piece of paper, as we take 5 minutes to implement and experience the benefits. You're welcome to free write whatever comes through or explore the question of 'how can I offer myself kindness today?'

Soothing Inner Child Practise
This powerful practise is designed to offer yourself a deeper compassion through meeting your inner child. Often our shadows and emotions stems back to a part of ourselves longing to be met when we were younger. We can't go into the past, but we can meet ourselves in this present moment.

Dropping The Story
Often what causes us the greatest resistance is when we make things mean things, largely certain emotions. But what if you could drop the story, and the meaning? This is what we will explore today. It's time to embrace your human-ness and get curious instead.
