Lección 1
Begin With Love
We begin here with the profound truth that when we release resentment, anger, judgment, or hatred, we open to the spaciousness of love. Through the sacred line, “Where there is hatred, let me sow love,” you’re invited to become a gardener of the heart, gently preparing the soil for love to take root. Today is not about solving, fixing, or forcing; it’s about softening. One breath, one phrase, one silent blessing at a time.
Lección 2
Sow Trust
Doubt often arrives quietly, hidden beneath hesitation, fear, or second-guessing. But in this lesson, you’re invited to meet it gently, not with resistance, but with trust. Through the sacred line, “Where there is doubt, let me sow faith,” you’ll begin to soften the mind’s uncertainty and plant the quiet knowing that lives in your soul. You don’t have to have all the answers, just the willingness to trust in what’s unfolding.
Lección 3
Sow Understanding
To be understood is a deep human longing. We all want to be seen, heard, respected, and loved, especially by those closest to us. But this prayer gently turns our focus inward: Can I be the one who understands first? Today, we explore the phrase “To be understood as to understand.”
This is an invitation to soften the ego, quiet the inner commentary, and meet others with presence instead of preconceptions. Each time we pause to truly listen, we plant a seed of understanding, one that takes root in love.
Lección 4
Sow Abundance
There’s a difference between giving from obligation and giving from the heart. When we give to be liked, accepted, or needed, it’s not really giving, it’s people pleasing. And it leaves us depleted.
But when we give from a sense of fullness, rooted in love and connection, something shifts. We’re not trying to earn worth — we’re living from it. We trust there’s more than enough to go around.
Abundance isn’t measured by what we have, but by what we believe is possible. And when we give from that belief, freely, without expectation, we actually receive more than we imagined. This is today’s invitation: to give, not because you should but because it feels true.
Lección 5
Awaken To Lasting Love
As we come to the final day of Becoming Peace, we arrive at one of the most powerful teachings in the Prayer of St. Francis: "It is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life.”
This isn't about physical death, it’s about releasing the grip of the ego, the small self that clings to fear, control, and separation. When we soften into the truth of who we really are, we touch something eternal: love.
In this lesson, you are invited to gently let go of what is no longer true, old stories, beliefs, or roles, so that your deeper self can rise. Your sacred essence is whole, perfect, and complete… now.
