Navigating Distractions And Creating Productive Spaces
We will talk about the challenges of distractions like faces, colours, movement and sound, which can disrupt anyone's focus, especially those with ADHD. You will be invited to spent five minutes tidying up our work areas, aiming to create a clearer space for better productivity.
Lección 2
Embracing Messiness Body Scan Meditation
In this session, we acknowledge the difficulties that come with ADHD. We accept the challenges of staying focused and keeping things organized, without judging ourselves. Through calming words and deep breaths, we remind ourselves that it's okay not to be perfect. We embrace our messy moments with kindness and recognize our worthiness. This meditation helps us find inner peace and acceptance, no matter what struggles we face. Music: Inner Calling

Step 2: The Three Frogs Approach
In today's session, we'll briefly discucss how living with ADHD often means navigating fluctuating energy reserves—akin to managing a battery. I will introduce to introduction to the Three Frogs Method for productivity which is Step 2 of enhancing your focus.

ADHD and ADD Energy Balance Meditation
Managing the ups and downs of ADHD and ADD energy can be challenging. In this meditation you will picture your energy as a glowing light inside you. Learn to accept the energetic highs and lows gently. Whether you're buzzing with excitement or feeling quiet, this meditation helps you care for your inner spark and find calm in life's changes. Clearing the Mental Radio: Strategy Number 3
In this module I will share what my overactive brain often feels like and my third and final step which helps me clear my mind and prioritise my tasks . You will need a piece of paper and pen or if you prefer you can use the note section of your phone.
