In this session, we’ll gently unpack how our relationship with pleasure, feeling, and intimacy is shaped by both lived experience and nervous system patterns. Supported by somatic therapy tools, you’ll learn to sense and soften emotional holding, reconnect with your body’s inner rhythms, and begin to trust the flow of your emotional world. We’ll explore both excess and deficiency in this chakra, with reflective questions and grounding practices to help you feel more at home in yourself.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) Recover From Burn Out And Self-Doubt
In this session, we explore Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra—your energetic center of power, will, and self-worth. Through the lens of somatic therapy, you’ll be guided to connect with your inner fire, exploring how your sense of agency lives in the body. Whether you’ve experienced self-doubt, burnout, or pressure to prove your value, this session invites you to soften into your strength—not as performance, but as presence. With grounding practices, reflections, and gentle embodiment, you’ll begin to reclaim your right to take up space, trust your gut, and move from your inner knowing.

Heart Chakra Healing: Cultivating Compassion Through Attachment Awareness
In this lesson, we’ll explore the profound connection between attachment theory and the heart chakra—a centre of love, compassion, and emotional balance. We’ll begin by diving into how our earliest relationships shape the way we connect with ourselves and others, and how these patterns can either open or protect our hearts.
Then, we’ll move into a gentle, guided somatic practice to help you reconnect with your heart’s wisdom. You’ll be invited to explore the tender balance of giving and receiving love, cultivating compassion for yourself and others along the way.
This practice is designed to help you soften self-protective patterns, awaken your capacity for deep care, and bring a sense of warmth and openness to your heart.
Lección 5
Throat Chakra Activation: Calming The Nervous System Through Sound
In this lesson, we’ll explore the throat chakra (Vishuddha) the energy centre of authentic expression and clear communication. We’ll begin by reflecting on how patterns of communication and self-expression show up in our lives, and how they’re connected to the rhythms of sound and vibration.
Then, we’ll move into a gentle sounding practice using the vibration of “mmmm” to soothe the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve. This practice is designed to help you release tension, regulate your body’s stress response, and create a sense of inner calm and connection.

Ajna Chakra & Yoga Nidra: Unlocking Intuition And Inner Clarity
In this lesson, we’ll journey through the Ajna chakra, also known as the third eye chakra, which governs intuition, perception, and the deeper workings of the mind. From a psychological lens, Ajna bridges the conscious and subconscious realms, helping us decode dreams, symbols, and the subtle messages of our inner world.
We’ll explore insights from Jungian psychology, reflecting on how dreams and symbolic imagery reveal unconscious material and guide us towards wholeness. Then, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, a guided meditative journey into the space between wakefulness and sleep. This state is ideal for accessing the subconscious, releasing stress, and planting the seeds of your sankalpa (intention).
As you practice, notice any sensations, images, or insights that arise. Let this be a space for cultivating mental clarity, intuitive wisdom, and deep rest for both your body and mind.
Lección 7
Crown Chakra & Thought As A Gateway To Inner Wisdom
In this final lesson of our chakra journey, we explore the Sahasrara, or crown chakra, a centre of transcendence, connection, and wisdom. The crown chakra invites us to consider how we relate to something greater than ourselves, whether that’s a divine presence outside of us or the sacred already within.
We’ll explore the idea of the upward spiral—a gentle, embodied practice of shifting our focus toward safety, possibility, and new ways of being. This isn’t about bypassing or ignoring pain, but about creating enough space to choose a new response, one small moment at a time.
You’ll be invited into a short, reflective guided practice to nurture this upward spiral and bring the crown chakra’s wisdom into your daily life.
