The Reset
In this course we'll journal about what might be "cluttering" your life or mental state right now and what you might want to do to work with it. How can we reset to clear your mental and physical space?
Lección 2
Confidence
On this journaling prompt, we'll focus on your successes. What things, big or small, have you achieved sin the last week? And another question - if you feel empowered enough, what would you tackle if you had full confidence?
Lección 3
Gratitude
On this journaling day, we'll focus on what things in your life you feel gratitude towards, and also a big question of why. We'll also focus on how these things in your life have changed you and helped you, and perhaps changed your perspective on challenges you've faced in your life.
Lección 4
Self-Discovery and Needs
On this journaling day, we'll have an overall check-in with yourself in terms of how you feel your life is going right now, or what you might want to change. How are you? If you identified that there might be things in your life you might want to change, how would you go about doing that?
Lección 5
Knowing Yourself Better
On this journaling day, we'll do a deep dive into who you are. You'll be invited to write a little about your own characteristics and personality traits, and also be invited to write about how easy or hard this exercise was to write about. Also, it is encouraged to keep self-talk positive during this journal prompt!
Lección 6
Life Lessons
On this journaling day, we'll notate life challenges you may have experienced, and also be encouraged to discuss the morals or meaning you can gather from those challenges, and how you can apply those morals to something else you're facing.
Lección 7
Future Visioning
On this journaling day, we'll talk about your future dreams or hopes, and what small things you can do each day to achieve those things. Sometimes it takes only small but steady steps to get to our goals!
