And allow yourself to settle in, Taking a breath in. And as you exhale, Let go of any tension, Any stress, And any distractions from your day. Feel your body becoming heavier, Sinking into the surface beneath you. Let your breath become gentle and calm, And flowing easily as you relax into this moment. Know that you are safe here. You are supported. You are loved. So let's take a moment to ground ourselves, Imagining roots extending from the soles of your feet, Going deep into the earth, Connecting you with the heartbeat of Gaia. Feel the solid, Supportive energy of the earth beneath you, Holding you with unconditional love and care. With each breath, Feel yourself more anchored, More rooted in this present moment. As you breathe in, Allow the earth's energy to rise up through your roots, Going up, Up, Up, And filling your body with strength and stability. With each exhale, Release any tensions or negativity, Allowing it to flow down into the earth to be transformed. I will now call in the hands of Jesus. Some of you may feel his presence as he becomes, As he becomes connected with you in your space. Only present no matter where you live, No matter how many people seek his attention. Now with your mind, Heart, And body centered in the present moment, You can even call upon the presence of Master Jesus. Invite his loving, Healing energy into your space. Feel his comforting, Compassionate presence around you and all encompassing you in peace. He is saying that he is with all of you. Even those who are watching in the near future, He will also come to you. No matter how many times you re-listen to this, He will come, And he'll also come whenever you call upon him to be with you. Visualize his divine hands glowing with radiant light descending towards you. These are the hands of light. The hands that bring comfort, Healing, And ease. See or imagine the warmth radiating from his hands as they are filled with divine love and healing energy. As his hands come closer, Feel the gentle warmth radiating from them. Feel the soft glow of his hands brushing across your body, Filling you with an overwhelming sense of peace and unconditional love. With each touch, Feel your discomfort, Your tension and pain dissolving. Allow his touch to ease any discomfort, Whether it is physical, Emotional, Or spiritual. Feel his hands resting on your heart, Sending a gentle pulse of light washing away any heaviness. Continue breathing, And find that normal rhythm of breathing for yourself. Feel the light travel throughout your body, Soothing every muscle, Every cell, Every thought, And every emotion. Now place one or both hands over your heart, Feeling the connection to his hands of light. Allow your hands to absorb his healing energy. It's like a great transfer of light and love. With each breath, Draw in more of this healing energy, Feel it filling your body, Your mind, And spirit. Let it flow into every corner of your being, Soothing and restoring you to a place of perfect peace. Feel the love and light filling the spaces where there was once pain, Fear, Or tension. As you inhale, Say to yourself, I am healed. I am whole. I am comforted by his hands of light. As you exhale, Release anything that no longer serves you, Trusting that the healing is already happening. Let's say this one more time. Repeat after me. I am healed. I am whole.
