Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this sacred meditation.
Today we are going to focus on your own inner healer,
Your own inner light.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Choose whatever feels right in this moment.
Sit down,
Lie down,
Listen to your body.
Then gently close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Exhale when you feel ready.
Continue to breathe in and out at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
As best as you can,
Try to relax your muscles with every breath that comes in and gets released.
You are safe.
If you notice any thoughts,
Ideas,
Even memories coming up,
That's okay.
Just take a moment to say thank you.
That thought is coming in for a reason,
As a gift.
Feel grateful for it.
Say thank you and let it go.
Invite your mind to be present,
To receive more peace,
More clarity.
Your body will naturally continue to relax on its own through the meditation.
Take another deep breath and release and let go when you are ready.
There is nowhere you have to be right now.
There is nothing you have to do right now,
But be here in this sacred space.
And all you have to do is relax here,
Right now.
Safe and comfortable.
If you notice any discomfort,
Tightness or tension,
Guide your breath to the area of your body and in your mind,
See your breath helping that area move into peace and relaxation.
I let it go.
I let it move.
Take another deep breath.
And when it feels right,
Release.
Now,
Notice where in your body you can feel good,
Happy.
Guide your breath to the area of your body that feels good,
Happy.
And in your mind,
See your breath growing and expanding that area with more good,
More happy.
Allow your awareness to expand.
Allow your higher self to come in and expand in your body.
As if a tree of light was growing inside of you.
It's healing you deeply.
You are healing yourself.
You are choosing yourself.
You are showing up for yourself.
Take a deep breath and bring your attention to your spine.
If you can,
Visualize the roots of light growing slowly from your spine to your heart.
You might see colors.
Let them move through your body.
If you can't visualize,
Try to focus your attention on the sensations in your spine,
Your hips,
Your belly.
The branches of the tree are expanding all around your heart space and your shoulders and your head.
It's bigger and bigger,
Brighter and brighter.
Take a deep breath and bring your attention to your head.
Feel the leaves.
Feel the leaves.
Feel the wind,
The light.
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Try to find gratitude in your heart for this moment.
This is part of you.
This will continue to be part of your moments and part of your days.
Take a deep breath as you gently bring your attention to your body,
Gently wiggling your toes.

Take another deep breath and move your head side to side,
Feeling more awake.
Taking in another deep breath as you let your body and mind return to their full awareness.
