Welcome to this guided meditation.
It is my absolute honor to be holding space for this quiet time for you to reconnect with yourself.
I invite you to find a comfortable position and to get cozy.
Start to slowly find your breath.
As you find this connection to your breath,
You let your inhales and exhales slowly expand your body.
You come into a connection with your mind and your awareness.
As you breathe,
I want you to imagine your breath are these streams of light that flow in and out of your body and in and out through your heart.
You see these streams of light moving from the crown of your head to your core into your heart.
And from your heart and belly out through your arms and through your fingertips.
And down through your legs and out through the tips of your toes.
Hold space for this sensation of peace.
This sense of calm that embodies the feeling of love and light.
And as you breathe,
I want you to feel the vibrations of this beautiful energy within the body.
The real sensation of tingling on the surface of the skin.
And as you feel yourself start to light up,
Take notice of the balance between the grounding energy that anchors your roots into the earth and the uplifting energy that connects you into the sky.
As we rest in this sensation,
I want you to fully surrender and release into this beautiful balancing energy that wraps your mind,
Body and soul with a warm,
Safe light.
It's the kind of light that guides you to realign with that deeper part of yourself.
It's the warm,
Safe light that seems to just cleanse and clear any darkness or stagnant energy that can sometimes linger within your body.
Start to reflect on this year.
The fear that took us through the ebbs and flows that we never could have imagined seeing ourselves move through.
Recognize and hold space when your thoughts of fear and self doubt come up.
Start to become aware of how your energy changes when those feelings of heaviness start to come back up.
And today I want you to let those sensations of heaviness flow through you and find the allowance to truly let them go.
It's in these moments of authentic awareness that you release your old patterns and your old stories that sometimes hold you back from fully connecting to that deeper part of yourself.
It's important to give yourself the allowance to feel everything you need to feel in order to move forward.
And I'm here right now to say that it is time.
It's time to give yourself the permission to set yourself free.
Be kind to your heart and be kind to your soul.
Find that acceptance of being grateful for exactly what is right now in this very moment.
Find gratitude for the lessons and experiences that guide you to exactly where you need to be.
When we find that genuine gratitude,
We're able to really connect within that inner knowing of ourselves.
So have faith and trust that you are capable of making every decision you need to make to get to exactly where you need to be in order to align with your inner peace.
As humans,
We often find it easy to lose that sense of trust within ourselves,
To disconnect from the part of our inner knowing,
Our intuition,
Our voice,
Our hearts.
It's those parts of ourselves that truly know the way.
So in this moment,
We give ourselves the opportunity to find the way back to ourselves and have gratitude for where we are in this moment and be proud of ourselves for how much we have grown.
As we close off this year,
We say thank you.
Thank you for our well being.
Thank you for our health.
Thank you for our safety.
Thank you for the lessons and the growth.
Thank you for the love and connection that we have now found for ourselves.
And with gratitude,
We create space to welcome the new.
We say thank you in advance and in anticipation for all that is to come.
And before we say goodbye,
I want you to embrace this feeling of connection that you have with yourself.
One that you probably wouldn't have if we did not experience the ups and flows that this year brought us.
It's that warm,
Safe feeling of light that fills your heart with love.
Embrace the anticipation and excitement for what is to come.
You deserve everything that your heart desires,
And you are worthy of everything that your soul wishes to bring in.
Know that through your breath,
You can come back to this energy at any time in any place whenever you feel you need to reconnect with yourself.
So with each breath as we close off this time together,
I want you to open your heart fully and authentically.
Place both hands over your heart.
And as you feel your heart beating against your hand,
I want you to feel the hands of those that love and support you place their hands on top of yours.
I want you to know that you are safe and you are loved.
You are seen and you are heard.
We finish this meditation with three beautiful breaths together.
I want you to empty your lungs fully.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
For the first one,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Take as long as you need in this place.
