(Wk 4) Life Purpose Part 1 Of 5 - Unleash Your Peace
by Ellie Shoja
What is our life's purpose? Why are we here? Is there one unique gift, task, or assignment we come to accomplish? Or is our life's purpose a moving target -- constantly changing and evolving? This week, on Unleash Your Peace, we dive into this very important topic, in an effort to decode yet another aspect of the internal world.
Transcript
Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.
My name is Elly Shojja.
I am your host.
I am a positive mindset coach,
A personal transformation expert,
And a deliberate creator.
And I was thinking that maybe I should start calling myself a peace trainer or a peace coach because I realized what this podcast is,
It's actually a peace training course in a way because every week we dive into a different topic about the internal world.
We explore it as much as we can through five episodes that we then release Monday through Friday.
And if you've been doing this,
If you've been on this journey,
I hope that you've been starting to go inward more and more and maybe even start resolving some of the unwanted stuff you've been carrying and releasing them.
That is the whole purpose of this podcast over here is to help you release your unwanted pain,
To help you find lasting internal peace so that you can live your best life yet.
I know from experience,
From seeing it in my own life and in the lives of so many others around me that when you live from this place of joy and internal peace and connectedness to your source,
You don't just incrementally improve the quality of your life.
You actually exponentially innovate every aspect of your experiences on this physical plane.
And that's exactly what I want for you.
I want you to level up.
I want you to be your whole powerful self.
I want you to live a deliberate life of your choosing because I know that when you do this,
You cannot help but to become an uplifter in your family,
In your community.
You cannot help but to inspire those close to you to live their best lives.
And that is exactly how we help this world heal itself from the inside out.
So let's get started with this week's topic.
If you haven't listened to the previous weeks and you want to catch up,
I try to keep this episodes really short so that you can binge listen to an entire week in less than an hour.
And I really highly recommend going back and listening to the first three weeks that we've had together.
They've been spectacular.
I've been receiving really incredible feedback on them.
So I hope you will go back and listen to them.
This week we have yet another huge topic.
Every week I say this,
Every week all of our topics are really big and this week it's another really big one.
And that is your life purpose.
What can be bigger than that?
I don't know.
We come into this world feeling like we're here to do something.
We have this feeling from a very young age.
We have it from the time we can remember.
We just feel like we're supposed to do something.
There's something inside of us that wants to come out.
There's something inside of us that needs to be expressed.
So this week we are going to really explore this topic and we're going to answer questions like do you have a life purpose?
Is there just one life purpose for you or is this a moving target?
And if there is something for you to do here,
There's something you're supposed to do here,
Why can it feel like life is beating you up?
Life is putting obstacles in your path.
Sometimes you might know what it is you want to do.
It might be in the form of visions in your mind,
But every time you take a step towards it,
You just get knocked down.
Why does that happen?
What are some of the false beliefs we have around our life purpose?
What is inspiration and how can it help us find our life purpose?
There's so much for us to explore in this space.
So as we get into this dialogue,
I want to bring in this idea of inspiration.
If you remember,
We actually talked about inspiration during the week of vibrational beings.
On the fifth and final day of that topic,
We talked about what inspiration is and how we can set ourselves up to receiving it.
We talked about it in a very scientific way because that week our topic was linked to quantum physics.
So we explained inspiration through the eyes of quantum physics,
What science is finding right now.
This week we're going to shift gears a little bit and we're going to talk about it a little bit more spiritually.
So in week one,
We discussed how the human being has two parts,
The human physical part of us that lives and operates in this world and then the non-physical beingness of us.
That is that infinite part of us that holds all the potential of us.
Now when we close the gap between the physical us,
The human part of us,
And the non-physical beingness of us,
When we feel somehow connected and we are in that space of connectedness,
Then something really incredible happens.
We actually receive information from that non-physical space.
That's where all of our ideas come from.
So anytime you were in the shower and you had this really great idea,
Anytime you were half asleep and suddenly you knew exactly what you need to do or say in a situation that was perplexing to you,
That is inspiration.
That information is coming from a part of you that is not physical.
It exists in a space of no time,
No location,
No physicality,
No nothing.
That non-physical part of us is simply infinite potential.
It's energy that vibrates at a super high frequency.
So this information gets downloaded into you and if you imagine receiving a huge block of gold,
What do you do with that gold?
You make earrings out of it,
You make a bracelet out of it,
You make a ring out of it.
So you make something out of that block of gold that makes sense in your world.
So the same is true with the information you just downloaded.
You receive this giant block of information that has infinite potential of possibilities for the way it can be expressed.
And with your mind,
With your brain,
You find a way of expression that makes sense to you,
Your abilities,
And your life.
So for one person,
This inspiration can translate into writing a book for another person,
It might translate into a business idea for another person,
It might translate into climbing a mountain or riding a bicycle across the country.
It can be translated into so many different things.
Now this week at the end of every episode,
We'll probably have a little bit of a homework for you and that is only because this topic is so huge and it is at the center of your experience here on this physical plane.
It's at the center of your enjoyment of your experience,
I should say.
Understanding your relationship with your life purpose and really embracing it and stepping into a place where you are inspired and you are taking inspired action makes a huge difference in feeling connected and in living a life that feels like you have chosen rather than a life that feels like has been chosen for you by default.
So your homework today might be actually kind of fun for you.
I want you to simply look around and start finding jobs where people actually make a living,
Doing really strange things where they took inspired action initially.
People like Mylene Packet who became the first person to cross the Atlantic in a boat because she felt inspired to do that or Alison Levine who led a women's expedition to the top of Everest.
So people who had this crazy voice inside their heads saying,
Do this crazy thing and then somehow they followed that little whisper of inspiration and it turned into something so much larger than they could have ever imagined.
See if you can find at least one or two people who have done crazy things like that.
