Meditation Timer OnlineElla is a certified yoga teacher and founder of Ella Exhales, based in the North of the UK. After being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2019, she turned to yoga and holistic practices to support her health, a personal journey that grew into a passion for guiding others to feel grounded and at ease in their bodies. She is 200-hour certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, 50-hour trained in Yin yoga and is completing an online Meditation Teacher Training. Ella’s teaching blends movement, stillness and mindfulness, offering yoga classes and guided meditations designed to nurture balance, release tension and cultivate presence. Through Ella Exhales, she inspires others to slow down, honour their bodies and embrace balance in all aspects of life.
