Welcome to this guided meditation.
Our breath has the power to shift our internal state and thus to shift our reality.
Today we'll use the power of the breath to release what no longer serves us and to invite in the qualities that we wish to embody.
As you settle in,
Find a comfortable position,
Softly close down your eyes,
And start to bring your awareness inward to the breath.
Notice its natural rhythm.
Be aware of the rise and the fall of your belly and your chest.
Can you soften?

I am safe.
Exhale.
I let go of fear.
Inhale.
I am enough.
Exhale.
I let go of doubt.
Inhale.
I am abundant.
Exhale.
I let go of lack.
Inhale.
I am love.
Exhale.
I let go of judgment.
Inhale.
I am peace.
Exhale.
I am let go of tension.
Inhale.
I am present.
Exhale.
I let go of the past.
Inhale.
I am open.
Exhale.
I let go of resistance.
Inhale.
I am whole.
Exhale.
I let go and simply be.
As you sit in these final moments of stillness,
Notice how these affirmations land in your body.
Notice the feeling of calm,
Of joy,
Of lightness.
Take these feelings and these thoughts with you into your day.
