Transcript

Today's meditation we're going to go into nature.

It will be sounds that you hear when you're out in nature.

So you want to get in a comfortable position.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Slowly let yourself melt into the sounds that you hear.

As thoughts come into your mind just fall back into the sound of the birds,

The sound of nature.

Relax your body.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Melting into the sounds.

If your mind is active,

Allow your thoughts to be carried away on the sounds.

You might even picture a bird taking the thought right out of your head and flying away with it,

Dropping it into the forest where it vanishes.

Continue to relax and breathe and melt into nature.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Melting into the sounds.

As thoughts come into your mind just fall back into the sounds.

Try to let the I hope you enjoyed this video.

Wow! That was like meditating in the middle of an aviary without the worry of getting pooped on! Sublime! A new favourite. I lost myself completely in this! ❤️
