This Heart Coherence & Intention Meditation will guide you through heart breaths, heart stillness, feelings of love or gratitude, and end with a heartfelt intention. Some of the many benefits of heart coherence include improved relationships with ourselves and others, reduced stress, and improved sleep and energy levels. It can also aid in the release of DHEA (anti-aging hormone) and can improve our immune, nervous and digestive systems. I really hope you enjoy this meditation.

Welcome to your guided heart coherence and intention meditation.

This meditation will take you through heart focus,

Stillness,

Gratitude and end with an intention you choose to set for yourself or even for the world.

Finding a place to sit comfortably or lying down if you prefer and when you're ready,

Gently closing your eyes.

I recommend breathing through your nose if you're able to.

Let's begin with a deep breath in and out,

Letting all tension go.

And now gently bringing your attention to your heart space.

You may place a hand over the area of your heart to help bring your focus here.

And taking a slow,

Deep breath in,

Imagining your breath flowing through your heart,

Pausing for a moment and slowly breathing out through your heart space and again pausing.

And again,

Taking a slow,

Deep breath in,

Through the heart,

Peace,

Pausing and breathing out through the heart,

Love and pausing.

Again,

Slowly breathing in,

Peace,

Pausing and slowly breathing out,

Love,

Pausing.

Now repeating this breathing on your own for three breaths and starting to notice a moment of heart stillness between each breath.

And again,

Slowly breathing in,

Peace,

Pausing and slowly breathing out through your heart,

Returning your breathing to a regular pattern.

Keeping your attention on your heart space.

And picturing a very calm,

Very still lake at your heart center.

The water is a perfect turquoise,

Reflecting back the blue of the sky.

There's no breeze,

No ripples in the water.

Everything is perfectly calm and still.

Just sitting with this beautiful stillness.

Now,

Gently shifting your attention.

Now gently shifting your attention to a time when you felt pure love or gratitude.

Re-experiencing this feeling,

Softly focusing on it.

Noticing its lightness and its warmth.

Maybe it brings ease or is calming to you.

From this space of love,

Gratitude and warmth.

Gently shift your focus to the intention you wish to set for yourself or the world as a whole today.

Gently keeping your attention on this intention.

And when you're ready,

Beginning to wiggle your toes,

Your fingers.

Taking a deep breath in and out.

Gently opening your eyes and returning back to the room you're sitting in.

Your heart coherence meditation is now complete.

Namaste.
