Some of the most wonderful lessons that I learned through the years is the profound feeling of happiness that sharing brings without expectations and attachments.

Let me share with you some of the amazing benefits that sharing can bring into your life.

I invite you to take both hands and place them in the center of your chest.

Slowly take a deep breath in,

Then slowly release it through your mouth.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale in and out at your own pace.

I will start sharing the following statements and you are welcome to repeat them or simply listen.

I believe I am the source of my own happiness and I choose to share it.

I see the beauty in sharing love without attachments and expectations.

I find myself content to share my understanding with others.

I believe I can share empathy and positive energy.

I share gratitude for everything that I have in my life.

I thrive by sharing my knowledge with others.

I see the benefits of sharing love,

Understanding,

And kindness and I commit myself to spreading them.

I believe I am the source of my own happiness and I choose to share it.

I see the beauty in sharing love without attachments and expectations.
