A short meditation and visualisation to do on a New Moon. A time to release and set intentions, step fully into your dream life, heal and let go. Welcome in abundance and self love. Do this before writing out New Moon intentions.

Find a comfortable position and settle in.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your ribs and stomach expanding and release.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and hold two,

Three and release.

Allowing your body to soften,

To relax,

To settle in further and further.

Now gently closing your eyes.

Feeling the weight of your body against the chair or floor.

Sensing through your body now and noticing any spots of tension.

Taking a gentle breath in and sending it to those places.

Allowing those spots of tension to relax and release.

Settling further and further.

Now visualize a beautiful gold ornate full length mirror.

Walk up to that mirror and look at yourself.

Look deep into your eyes.

This version you see is the most vibrant,

Happy,

Healthiest version of you that exists.

You have achieved your goals and dreams.

Life is beautiful.

You are radiating.

Knowing life is how you have always wanted it to be.

Everything you have always dreamt of has come to fruition.

Step into the feeling of this.

Even if you can't see it,

Feel it.

Feel how it feels to have all you have ever wanted.

Your health,

Love,

Career,

Your dream home,

Spiritual practice,

Family,

Whatever it is for you.

Feel it now.

And looking back into your eyes in the mirror and say to yourself,

Either in your mind or out loud,

Thank you,

I love you,

You are worthy.

Know that you are worthy of a beautiful,

Joyous life.

Know that you are so loved.

Take a deep breath now.

And release.

Letting go of all that no longer serves you.

Letting go of all that blocks you from having that beautiful life be your reality.

And another nice deep breath in.

And release.

Feeling your body now against the chair or floor.

Feeling the air on your skin.

Noticing sounds in the space around you.

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Maybe having a gentle stretch.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take some time now to journal,

To write out some intentions,

Thoughts and feelings.
