Find a comfortable position and settle in.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your ribs and stomach expand and release.
And again,
Take a deep breath in and hold,
Two,
Three and release.
Allowing your body to release,
To relax and settle in further and further.
Gently closing your eyes.
Feel the weight of your body against the chair or floor.
Sensing through your body and noticing any spots of tension.
Taking a gentle breath in and sending it to those spots.
Allowing them to relax and release,
Settling further and further.
Now visualise a beautiful light coming down from the full moon and surrounding your body.
It can be a gentle white light,
Perhaps sparkling,
Shimmering or a soft colour that nourishes you.
Maybe a gentle blue or purple.
As it surrounds your body,
Know the light is filling you with love,
Healing and relaxation.
Let it in to fill every cell in your body,
Releasing and cleansing.
As the beautiful light moves through you,
Allow yourself to begin to let go.
Letting go of all hurt.
Letting go of any shame,
Blame.
Letting go of anger.
Seeing any regret,
Judgement and pain.
Now letting go of any toxic people in your life.
Saying a gentle farewell.
Sending them away with love.
Taking space for those who align with your higher self to come into your life.
Letting go of those who have wronged you,
Forgiving them.
And now gently and lovingly forgiving yourself.
Knowing you are a beautiful being of light and love.
Choosing now to live with integrity and enlightened love.
Letting go of all that no longer serves you.
Stepping into your power.
Nurturing yourself.
Feeling gentle with yourself and clear of negativity.
Letting that beautiful cleansing and healing light vibrate through your body.
Taking a nice deep breath now.
And as you release know that you are letting it all go.
And another deep breath in and release.
Bring your awareness back to your body now.
Feel your body against the chair or floor.
Feel the air on your skin.
Notice the sounds around you.
You may like to wiggle your fingers and toes or have a gentle stretch.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You may now like to spend a few minutes doing some journaling.
Writing about anything that came up in your meditation or any feelings you have.
