Go ahead and sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting in your lap.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Allow yourself to receive a breath in and out.
And with each breath,
Notice yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
You will notice a wave of relaxation begin to flow down from the top of your head to your neck,
To your shoulder,
And down through your arms and torso.
Going deeper and deeper down through your legs and all the way down the tips of your toes.
Feeling so relaxed now.
Now in your mind's eye,
You notice the room you're in and there's a door right in front of you.
Imagine yourself walking through this door and after you do,
You find yourself in a beautiful garden.
You feel the dirt beneath your toes and you look and feel the sun shining on your face at the perfect temperature.
You notice a few clouds in the sky and they begin to simply disappear.
You look down and see a purple flower and as you get closer,
You notice this flower is perfect.
It receives just the right amount of sun,
Sky,
The perfect amount of nutrients from the soil.
All without any thought,
Without any effort.
It just simply is perfect.
And you notice,
You too are like this flower.
Your heart beating,
Your blood flowing,
Your breath going in and out.
Without ever trying,
You just simply be in this moment.
In perfect harmony with nature.
And you notice this feeling of peace,
Of perfection,
Perhaps as a colour or multiple colours.
And you notice a giant ball of this colour or these colours floating above your head.
As this ball begins to expand,
Surrounding you,
Filling the entire garden.
Until the colour expands all the way out to the very edges of the universe.
And with your next breath,
You inhale this colour or colours and every cell in your body is filled with this feeling of peace.
You become one with peace and perfection.
And right now,
You know this feeling is always here.
Whenever you want,
At any time,
Any moment throughout the day,
You can experience this feeling of absolute peace.
And so when you are ready,
You turn back to the door.
The door you came in from,
Thanking this garden for the lesson it had to teach you.
And you walk through the door,
Back into the room.
Coming back inside your body,
Bringing with you this peace.
And at the count of one to five,
You'll gradually become more and more awake.
But this feeling will stay with you and it will grow throughout the day.
So one,
Noticing the sensations in your body,
Connect to the sounds around you.
Two,
Becoming more awake and aware.
Three,
Coming back with this beautiful feeling of peace,
Knowing you can come back here anytime you want.
Four,
Becoming more aware and awake.
And five,
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and you're back into the room.
