Welcome to Tibetan singing bowl meditation.
Take the next few moments to find your comfortable meditation position.
You may like to sit on a chair or on a cushion or perhaps even lying down.
Just finding a position that is most comfortable for you now.
If you're sitting up,
Make sure your spine is tall.
Beginning to relax your shoulders,
Your arms.
When you're ready,
Beginning to close your eyes or drop your gaze down.
If you can be 10% even more comfortable,
Please adjust so that we can find stillness throughout this practice.
Slowly just beginning to turn your awareness inwards.
Perhaps noticing the rhythm and motion of your own breath.
Right now we do not need to change our breath.
You're simply observing the inhalation and exhalation.
Noticing the quality of your breath.
Is it fast or slow?
Is it shallow or deep?
And without judgement we are just simply observing our breath.
Whenever the mind has wondered,
Just know that it is normal.
We simply return our attention back to observing our breathing.
And beginning to notice the sounds that you can hear.
Beginning to allow your awareness to expand deeper into the sounds from the bowls.
These bowls have been used for many many years to cultivate deep meditative states.
Helping us to connect to the present moment and finding deep levels of relaxation.
You have nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
Just allow yourself to be immersed in the resonance of these Tibetan singing bowls.
In this deep level of brothers fighting with each other.
Keep this level of relaxation until we get carried away with our scan.
