You are listening to stepping out of your comfort zone.
Prepare to journey inwards.
Find a place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit comfortably.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take deep breaths.
Deeper.
Wider.
Feel yourself relax.
Feel your body melt into your seat.
Feel your mind open to possibility.
Good.
Listen to the beat.
Synchronize your breath to the rhythm.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Listen and feel yourself connect.
Take another slow deep breath and let go of any tension.
Feel yourself sinking into your chair.
Becoming even more comfortable and relaxed.
Take another slow deep breath and release all your thoughts.
Let them drip far away.
Bring your awareness into your heart.
Notice a softness there.
A feeling of peace.
Take a moment to enjoy this feeling as you quietly focus into your heart.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice the energy is also moving from the sky into the earth through your body.
With each breath this energy moves.
Know this.
Feel it deeply.
Allow your awareness to drop down into your center.
And notice that your breathing has become steady and peaceful.
And although your body is deeply relaxed.
Your mind is bridged between your conscious self and a much deeper world.
You are relaxed and alert.
Good.
Now you are ready.
Now you are ready to tap into your subconscious.
To find possibilities for action.
That are deeply authentic to who you are.
What you believe.
And what you want.
Let's begin.
In your imagination there is a very special television set.
Perhaps it has high tech knobs and buttons.
Or maybe it's a hybrid of an old TV with all kinds of modern touches.
Or maybe it's so next generation that it looks like nothing that's ever come before.
See it?
Picture yourself as a little two inch person in the middle of a white background.
See this on the TV set.
Got it?
Now notice a square that goes the whole way around your two inch self.
See that?
You are now safely inside your comfort zone.
Notice how it feels in there.
Maybe it's kind of warm.
It feels safe.
And it's definitely comfortable.
They don't call it the comfort zone for nothing,
Right?
You are in control here.
You know what's up.
You know what to expect.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Think for a moment about something you want to do that's outside of your comfort zone.
What you want to say yes to.
Something kind of big.
Something a little scary.
Perhaps it's taking a risk to put yourself out there in the world somehow.
Or doing something new or creative.
Something you stopped doing long ago.
Or never even started.
You know what it is now.
It may be many things,
But for this moment,
Let's just focus on one thing.
Good.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now,
Think about someone you know or someone else who does this thing really well.
Picture them doing it in the space somewhere outside of your comfort zone.
When your fancy TV set.
While you're safe in your comfort zone,
Notice what they do with their body,
Their mind,
Their thoughts.
While you're still safe in your comfort zone,
Slip into their world,
Their mind,
Their thoughts.
Good.
Breathe deeply into this.
Notice how their body moves and feels.
Notice what they think about.
Notice what it's like for them to do this thing that you want to do.
Notice how and why they do it so well.
Now gather all the information you can from this person.
Everything you need to know about how to do your thing really well.
What steps it takes.
How to find the momentum and strength to do this.
How to overcome obstacles.
Now take all of that information back into you.
Into your cells,
Muscles,
Brain.
Bring all this back into you,
Into the box on your TV that defines your comfort zone.
Good.
Feel this.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it in deeper.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Good.
Let all of this information settle into you so that now you know how to do your new thing.
And you know how to do it so well that it's already in your comfort zone.
Cool,
Right?
How does this feel?
Feel it.
Feel it deeper.
Know it.
Now when you're ready,
Please slowly step out of the box that defines your comfort zone.
How does it feel right now?
Notice the difference.
Or maybe it's actually pretty much the same.
Because check this out.
When you desire to step outside of your comfort zone,
New information,
Skills,
And courage,
The box of your comfort zone expands.
It follows you.
Even when you step out further,
Your comfort zone expands.
Check this out and really notice it.
Notice how it feels.
Now dig in deeper.
See yourself doing your new thing really well.
Being in the place or situation.
You're doing a great job,
Right?
Take some selfies or snapshots of yourself doing it.
Save them in a safe place in your imagination where you can access them for later.
Good.
And check this out.
Your friends and family just showed up and they're watching you.
Their sights.
Now more people are showing up and they're super into it too.
You're dazzling them with your new skills,
Your new thing.
In fact,
You're encouraging them to step out of their own comfort zones.
To live their own dreams.
Feel them watching you.
All that love and goodness pours over you.
Now they applaud you.
Yeah.
Cool.
It's loud.
It's really loud.
And you know that you deserve it.
Your heart knows that you said yes.
You took action.
The applause is even louder now.
It's time to take a little bow.
To acknowledge the people who are acknowledging you.
So thank them.
Good.
Now from the center of your being,
Take a minute to deeply and sincerely thank your future self.
This is your future self.
So thank your future self for saying yes.
For taking action,
Taking risks.
Thank your future self for all of this knowledge and wisdom.
For helping your present self move towards the future you desire.
For stepping out of your past comfort zone.
And please tell the future you that you'll be needing them.
Sin.
Take this all into your body,
Mind,
And soul.
Infuse it deeply.

Now when you're ready,
Take your time and come back to earth.
Maybe more deep breaths as you wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel yourself in the seat.
And when you're ready,
Just open your eyes.
Now you're ready to step out of your comfort zone.
