Elaine Ramos

Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Currently residing in New York. Holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and a master's degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. Professionally Elaine has worked as a research assistant and project manager. She's a yoga teacher, mindfulness advocate, and meditation instructor who aspires to bring together the effort of a collective mindful consciousness; and push for social justice with compassion and lovingkindness.
