I'm Bex of Earth Coaching for neurodivergent and chronically ill folks and this is a gentle nature meditation to help you breathe with the sea and soften your senses.

Feel your feet on the sand.

The tide moves in and out.

Breathe with it in as the waves roll forward and out as it drifts away.

Notice the cool air,

The scent of salt and the hiss of foam.

Each breath steadies your heartbeat,

Softens your jaw and quietens your mind.

You are here.

You are held by the sea.

Take one slow easy breath now.

You are doing great.

Let the sound of the waves stay with you as you return to your day.
