Make your way into a comfortable seated position.
Once you're there,
Close your eyes.
Take a big breath in and then let your breath flow out of your mouth with a sigh.
Do that twice more.
Inhale fully,
Sit up nice and tall,
And then out of your mouth let it go.
One more time on your own.
We'll begin this meditation by placing our hands on our low abdomen.
The space below your belly button,
Resting both palms on your body there.
Feel this place begin to come alive with the warmth of your hands.
Use your breath and allow your mind to drop all the way down your body into this place.
Allow your mind to drop down into the bowl of your pelvis.
Begin to explore this space and what it feels like to you right now.
This moment right here with yourself is a time to watch and a time to listen.
It's an opportunity to take in information that you feel,
That you hear and see within you.
Observe any judgments that you might feel or have over whatever it is you sense or don't sense in this place within your body.
Keep your breath flowing nice and smooth as you continue to keep your mind's eye just below your palms in this place in your body,
In your sacred vessel.
I'd like you to now imagine a small orange light sitting in this place within your body.
Notice this light.
Notice the shade of orange that it is.
Notice all the qualities of this light that you can perceive.
Is it moving in some kind of way?
Does it appear bright or dull or any variation in between?
What does the outer boundary of this light look like to you?
What qualities does it have?
Is it a finite edge or is it fuzzy and glowing?
I want you to see that as you watch this orange light sitting underneath your palms in the bowl of your pelvis,
That it begins to grow bigger.
With every inhale it expands,
Widens,
And then with every exhale it begins to contract in upon itself.
And then you inhale and it gets bigger,
Perhaps brighter.
And then you let your breath go and it contracts in just a little bit.
And so keep breathing and keep observing for the next few moments.
Seeing this light,
Feeling the energetic movement of your body in this place beneath your palms.
Not only does on lease those things away that help enhance your light ability,
But my practice And on your next in breath,
I want you to watch that orange light expand out so that orange light expand out so far that it reaches beyond the edges of your own body.
So beyond the skin of your pelvis and your hips and the totality of your own personal vessel,
It reaches up and around you this great big orange light.
Let it remain there as you exhale your breath and then take in another breath and allow yourself to be inside this orb,
This light.
Feel yourself weightless,
Floating.
There is no gravity here.
Move about this space surrounded by this orange light weightless.
Feel into the flow of this place.
The freedom that you feel to move in any way that you feel called to move.
How do you move in this place?
Are you simply floating and stationary?
Or do you swim,
Dance,
Play,
Flip?
Just notice what your natural inclinations are.
Is that?
" And whatever you're doing in this orb,
In this place of orange light,
I'd like you to now bring yourself back into your seated body.
And then with your breath,
I'd like you to rein in that orange light.
I want you to rein in the qualities that you just experienced within that juicy space.
And I want you to pull the boundaries of that orb into a more manageable container,
Drawing that light back in,
Back in,
And then let it rest below your palms in that space in the bowl of your pelvis.
Whatever it is that you felt,
Weightless,
Lightness,
Freedom,
Flow,
Soft,
Still,
Vibrant,
Whatever it was,
Know that all those things live within you right now.
And they lived within you an hour ago,
And they'll live within you tomorrow.
Each time you choose to come and connect with this energetic place within your body,
You have access to all of those qualities.
So see that orange light fill up the bowl of your pelvis.
Hold the light there in your own vessel.
Let your body be the boundaries within which those qualities and that light calls home.
Take a nice big breath in,
And then a big sigh out of your mouth.
With your hands still on your low abdomen,
Go ahead and rub that space or give that part of your body a little tap or an acknowledgement to say,
I see you and I know you're there.
And then whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
