Dr. Emily Kostelnik has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and specializes in chronic dizziness. More importantly, she is a fellow vestibular warrior and has personal experience with superior canal dehiscence syndrome (SCDS), benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular migraine (VM), and persistent postural perceptual dizziness (PPPD). She is committed to approaching vestibular disorders from a holistic and multidisciplinary perspective. Mindfulness and meditation are an important pillar of her approach to thriving and helping others thrive, with dizziness and vertigo.

I’ve been experiencing hormonal and TBI-related episodic vertigo for over a year now, and it’s one of the most isolating and discouraging things I’ve ever dealt with.
