Sacred Journey

This meditation is an invitation to experience your own sacred journey—a journey that is uniquely yours, yet connected to the greater web of life. The creatures, the scenery, the Elements, and the messages they bring are all part of your transformational path. The next time you revisit this meditation, expect something new. Different animals, different symbols, different messages. Each time you listen, you are invited to go deeper. So, sit back, close your eyes, and let your heart guide you. Whether you are looking for answers, healing, or simply a moment of peace, trust that the sacred journey unfolding before you is exactly what you need in this moment. Dear God and guiding spirits, Angels of light and love of the highest vibration, Thank you. Thank you for joining us this morning for this guided visioning meditation. May all those who are here today and those who listen to this recording at a later date connect, Experience, Open to their intuition and to emerging more fully into their true selves. Life is not about becoming something we are not. It's about uncovering and allowing who we are. And may this meditation support and nourish this transformational journey. Take a moment to scan your body, Simply become aware of it, To breathe into it. Breathe deep into your belly a few times, Knowing that your breath is your life force, Your connection to spirit. As you scan your body, Thank this vessel for being a temple, For being a vehicle, For being your home. And as your right brain connects to your heart, As you connect to your intuition, To your team of divine helpers, No matter who or what those are for you, Set an intention for this meditation. Ask a question, Perhaps something that you need guidance on. It can be general, As in what is in my highest interest, My highest good for the week to come. Or more specific for one area of your life, Using an open question, Like how, Why, What, Who. Always aiming your question in the direction of what you want. For example, How can I improve my relationship with my son, Instead of why do I have so many problems with my son. Always aim towards the result that you want. And now imagine yourself gently rocking. You may actually feel it and follow the motion of your body. As you're riding on one of Mother Earth's creatures, Slowly, Safely, Comfortably, Trust whatever came up first for you. And if you don't see, Smell, Or touch it, Just make it up, Knowing that your imagination is one of the levels of your higher knowledge. There's a reason that you chose to make up this animal versus another, Be it on land or in the water. Simply become one with it. Feel your body gently rocking with the motion of this animal, This creature, Maybe mystical creature of another world. And as you gently move through the scenery, Pay attention to what is around you. How does it feel, Sound, Smell, And appear to you? Once again, If you are not visual, Allow your other channels of intuition to create this scene for you. Breathe as one with this creature. As you become more and more into your body, You become more grounded, Your energy connected to that of this creature. And together, Your energy connected to whatever element you're in, Be it water, Earth, Air, Ether, Fire. Know that wherever you are, You're safe. Feel your heartbeat, Not only in your heart, But whatever parts of your body is connected to this creature. Feel both Mother Earth and this creature's heartbeat and yours as one, Like the drumbeat of the universe. If ever the scenery or the creature shapeshifts, Just allow it to be exactly what it needs to be. And now telepathically communicate with this creature asking, Why? Why are you the one that chose to accompany me on this journey today? There may be qualities of this creature that you need. There may be a resonance, There may be a totem animal relationship. Just explore the symbolism and the energy of this connection and your original question. And as you connect to that reason on a conscious or subconscious level, Remember non-attachment, Non-judgment to whatever happens here. Allow for clarity, But if there isn't any, Know that the answers may reveal themselves to you later in the day or the week as you go through your daily life. Know that on some level, You have connected to the reason. And as you have, This creature begins to rise. You're climbing in the scenery higher and higher to a level of the universe that's above the planet. You can see beautiful Mother Earth far below, But here you're at another level. The scenery, Of course, Has changed. So has your appearance, The creature. Feel the light. If you were watching yourself from above where you are now, You would see so much light radiating from your very being. At that same heartbeat, A pulsating light. At the energy of your core, You attract to you a shower of sparkles from all directions of light. Breathe in the light from the universe, That light, That connection to the oneness. Breathe it into your very cells from all around you, Adding to the light that's already there, Or rather remembering the oneness of the light that you already are. And as you do in this light kingdom, A structure starts to form around you, The most beautiful architecture at which you are at the core, At the center. Watch it grow around you. Notice its shapes, Its materials, Any icons or symbols that are built within its walls, Ceilings, And floor, Like a roadmap, A treasure map to your answer. And on the ground, In a color unlike all the other colors of the structure and the scenery you're in, A line forms, Inviting you to follow it. Follow this line on the ground to a room within this structure, A room where someone is waiting for you, Could be a guardian angel, An ancestor, Mentor, Any spiritual being, Totem animal, Whoever is meant to be there for you today, Knowing it may be different on another day that you listen to this meditation. Spend a minute just being and greeting each other on a heart-to-heart, Soul-to-soul, Light-to-light level. And now ask your guide, Your counsel, Ask a question, Perhaps more specific or a repetition of that question that you had at the beginning of your meditation, And open to receiving answers through whichever channel is most open for you, Remembering that it could be visual, Knowing, Through memory, Through feeling, Through your senses of smell and taste. Just receive. You feel something at your feet, And as you look down, You see a miniature version, That creature that brought you there has become also light but small. You feel moved to pick it up and hold it at your third eye. It too has a message. It may become like a shower of light that enters you and becomes a part of you and perhaps was always a part of you. Integrate it, Allow it to be absorbed within you, And then go back to this conversation with your guide. Back and forth, Questions and answers, Or simply being in the vibration of each other, Feeling the waves of unconditional love. How does that feel to you? What does it look like to you? Be embraced. And now your guide beckons you to follow him or her or it outside of this room, And when you go back towards that original hall, The original structure where you were, You notice that it is a blend of light and what you know of as manifestations of God's love on earth, Be it a jungle or whatever scenery you may have started with, Or a whole new scenery. Notice how this blend of physical and light energy offers you many gifts. Explore this new room knowing that within it you will find three treasures, Three gifts to bring back here on earth and in this day with you. Take your time as you explore knowing that you know where they are to be found. As you maneuver your way through this room, Through this hall, Through this structure, You will know where to go. Like the director of a movie, Simply follow that flow. Embrace the treasures on a conscious or subconscious level. What are the tools, The gifts that you need that are being given to you by your team of divine helpers to help once again with that intention you set at the beginning of the meditation? Remember to integrate these gifts within you, Whether carrying them and pouch around your heart or absorbing them into your light being, Into your physical being. Whatever feels right to you. If you already have your three gifts, Make your way to the center of that room and just sit with them in gratitude and in openness to the meanings. And if you're not there already, Make your way to that center of the structure back in this beautiful, Magical surrounding of light and mother earth's beauty and the perfect setting for you. You become aware that around you, As you sit there or stand, Around you, More members of your team of divine helpers have joined in. Take a moment to turn around the circle, To greet each one, To connect. Guardian angels or mentors from your childhood, Those from your future, Those of your present, There is no time you may reconnect to some that you had forgotten about. Feel their support, Their love. They are here for you. A second circle outside of that and a third and a fourth like ripple effects. Countless beings vibrating at the highest level radiating such light that the forms become soft, Undifferentiated. One big light vibrating around you. You feel it going through you, This light as if you were only particles of energy. You become one with it, This pillar of light that takes up the space of the entire room and grows both directions upwards and downwards, Higher up into the universe and down back like a column of light to the planet, The center of which is where you are right now in your physical body, Sitting and listening to this meditation. You travel back down to the earth as a particle of light, Swimming and floating and dancing with the joy, The knowledge, The connection, The love of your whole team, Of the entire universe, Clear on one level or another about the next inspired step in your life. As you journey slowly downwards to the surface of the planet, Open yourself to receiving what this next inspired step or several inspired steps may be. Is there someone you need to connect to, An action you need to take, A feeling you need to allow, How can you become clearer? How can you aim towards your intention? As your particle of light touches the surface of Mother Earth, It becomes back into its physical form as you know yourself to be in this day, Yet still aware of the greater beingness that you are connected to. You find yourself sitting on the chair or lying in the bed wherever you are without opening your eyes, Simply feeling once again this temple, This body that is your temporary home. Integrate the gifts that you have received, The messages from your mentor, Knowing that they are still there with you, Always. Bring these back to your original intention and engage your left brain now, Along with your right brain, To analyze or plan or set a new intention. Quietly, With your eyes closed, Integrate the messages from the creature that first brought you back into the heartbeat of the universe, The scenery that you have visited, How is this changing, Transforming your experience in the here and now? How have you emerged more fully into the divine being that you already are? How has everything you've experienced today made you a greater gift to yourself and others? In service of humanity, When you are ready, Take another few deep breaths into your belly, Embracing more of the light into your physical body, Coming back to yourself, And with your hands, Gently rub your face, Your head, Your hair, Your arms. Actually doing it with your physical body here and now, Rub your body, Embracing who you are, Grateful for all that has been experienced here. Gently opening your eyes when you're ready, Thanking your guides, The angels, The archangels, Your totem animals, Or whichever spirit animal showed for you, And reminding yourself once again, What inspired action will I take today or in the next few days that will bring me closer to what I'm aiming for?
