Take a deep breath in and out noticing the air flow coming in through your nose and all the way out.
And keep following that flow of air breathing in noticing the air coming in through your nose throat chest expanding your belly on the inhale and on the exhale notice the belly moving down towards the spine the air moving out of your chest throat and nose.
And keep following that flow of air moving in and out as you exhale.
I breathe in I breathe out.
Just keep following that movement of air for just a moment.
Notice how you're starting to relax as you're following your breath.
If you feel comfortable you can close your eyes and go within.
Your eye gaze is in between your two eyebrows looking at your third eye.
And your attention is on the flow of the air.
Notice as you are following your breath that you are feeling more and more relaxed.
With every breath you take you feel more and more peaceful within.
Now focus on your heart center.
You can put your hand on your heart center if that helps.
And notice the rhythm of your heart.
And imagine a color whatever color comes to your mind first.
It could be red it could be green whatever feels right to you.
And connect with your heart frequency.
Breathing in breathing out.
We're going to move our attention to the frequency of unconditional love and peacefulness.
And imagine that color right there underneath your hand.
And now see it expand throughout your whole body turning every cell of your body into a vibration of unconditional love and peace.
Notice that color moving down your chest back into your belly down both legs feet and toes.
And then notice that color moving all the way up your shoulders down both arms and hands and fingers up your neck and head.
And take a deep breath in and out.
Every single cell in your body is now tuned into the frequency of unconditional love and peacefulness.
Now let's expand that frequency beyond our physical body into our emotional body and all the other bodies that we have around us.
Whether we call it aura whatever feels right for you.
And just imagine that beautiful color expanding all around you into a beautiful bubble of light.
In that bubble we're attuned to the frequency of unconditional love and peace.
Notice how you feel.
And if you want to smile you can smile.
It feels good to be connected to love and to feel peaceful.
Know that you can always come back to this frequency whenever you wish to.
When you state your intention I am unconditional love.
I am peacefulness.
Now when you're ready you can notice your weight on the chair or cushion you're sitting on.
You can notice your body and slowly open your eyes.
Notice the feeling moving through your body and keep that frequency as you go throughout your day.
