Find a comfortable position to sit in.
Notice how it feels as your body touches the chair or yoga mat or pillow.
Take a deep breath in and out.

This meditation is done with your eyes closed.
Follow your breath for a moment,
Noticing the airflow going in and out of your nose.
You notice the airflow traveling inside your body and all the way out.
Feeling more and more relaxed with every breath that you take.
Ahh.
Now I want you to imagine the symbol of infinity and move your eyes in the pattern of infinity.
As you have your eyes closed,
You notice the point in the middle and you say to yourself,
I am zero point.
And you keep saying that to yourself.
I am zero point.
Ahh.
Feel your mind relaxing as you move your eyes in the pattern of infinity.
And keep going.
I am zero point.
This is a great meditation to do right before sleep time as you lay in your bed and move your eyes in the pattern of infinity.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Start to feel more and more relaxed as your eyes are moving in the pattern of infinity.
Feel the possibilities that life has to offer move into your life.
Anything is possible when you feel peaceful in your heart and in your mind.
And when you feel that your eyes are getting sleepy,
You can slowly stop and say to yourself,
I am zero point.

Exhale through the mouth and have a beautiful night's sleep.
