Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Diane.
Today we will practice abundance to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Close your eyes.
In order to understand abundance we must understand scarcity.
Scarcity is when something is limited and it can become a trap for the small limited self.
When we fall into a scarce mentality we think there's not enough for everyone and we begin to believe there's not enough for me.
Our mind becomes encumbered and our heart closes itself but there is only space for fear,
Envy,
Jealousy and exclusivity.
Now it doesn't mean you feel that way right now but this is more a way to acknowledge that those feelings are real.
They are in our hearts.
They are in our society,
Maybe our culture or maybe in the way we grew up.
In the way we grew up.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
The best way to part from a scarce mentality is to meet limiting circumstances with an unlimited mind and heart.
Today we will free our minds and open our hearts to their limitless potential so you can feel,
Be and believe that you can have it all and that there is plenty for everyone.
Let's use our breath to make space.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Every inhale begin to make space in places you feel constricted.
Space between your temples.
Inhale and exhale.
Space between your ears and shoulders.
Inhale and exhale.
Space between your ears and shoulders.
Inhale and exhale.
Exhale.
Space between your collarbones and between your ribs.
Space between your shoulder blades.
Space around your solar plexus and your mid back and the front of your body.
Space in your belly and your lower back.
Space around your hip joint.
Behind your knees.
In the arches of your feet.
And finally,
Find space in the palm of your hands.
Take a big inhale and exhale.
Now let's begin to make space between your thoughts.
Most thoughts are repetitive,
Especially the limiting ones.
They stick to the mind like Velcro,
Pushing us to believe they are true.
With your inhales,
You are going to push your thoughts apart from each other.
If you find one that is familiar and limiting,
Take it aside and with your exhale,
Watch it float away.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Finally,
Let's begin to make space around your heart.
Every inhale,
Allow your heart to expand.
Let it be bigger.
Let it be bigger.
Infinitely bigger.
Allow your feelings to move freely.
And create space between those feelings.
Acknowledge the unpleasant feelings.
And allow them.
Allow them to be just that.
Feelings.
Feelings.
Feelings.
Now that you have allowed space to let go of limiting thoughts.
And allowed unpleasant feelings to just be.
Let's invite thoughts and feelings of abundance.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
And exhale.
Repeat silently.
I am healthy.
I will heal.
Health is our birthright.
I am free.
I can accomplish anything.
Possibilities are endless.
I am grateful.
I deserve everything I aspire to.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am happy.
I can find joy in any given moment.
I can bring joy to those around me.
And feel happy for others.
I have time.
I can make time.
I can be there for others.
Finally,
I have made it so far.
I will go further.
We are all in this together.
Take a deep breath in.

And again,
Take a deep breath.
And exhale.
And exhale.
Allow these thoughts and feelings of abundance to fill your whole being.
To expand your aura.
You are limitless.
You are infinite.
Just like the opportunities.
And the world around us.
Bring your hands to your heart.
