I wake up in the morning relaxed, Refreshed. I feel good. I feel loved. I feel safe. I feel warm. I feel happy. I feel excited. I love my life so much. My life continues to get better and better and better and better. I love all the ways that I get to show my love to the world and I love all the ways that I get to receive love from the world. I am special. I am unique. I am talented. I am gifted. I am the sun and the moon and the stars. I am everything. I am unlimited. I feel so worthy of the gift that is my life. How blessed am I to have so much in my life. I am grateful for everything I have and everything that's to come. I live each day in playful, Childlike wonder and behavior. I focus on the fun and the laughter and the love because I now know that's all that really matters. Anything else that I used to think of negatively, I leave that behind me. I don't carry that with me into my today. I know all I have is today and I live in that present moment and that feels really good. It washes over me like a wave of calmness and peacefulness and it feels extraordinary. I have today to love my life and my exquisite sleep and so it is. Thank you. Thank you. I am safe. I am protected. I am calm. I trust that the universe is taking care of me. I let go of any memories or experiences that might have caused me pain and I release the images and the imprints of bad or scary things out of my mind because I know none of that is happening to me. I am protected. I am loved. I am so loved by God, The universe, My family, My friends, My community and most importantly, My inner self. I release any feelings of fear, Doubt, Worry, Guilt, Shame. I am on my path and I am never off of it. I feel the abundance of my life. I choose to look at all the gifts and none of the lack. I realize it is a decision that I get to make in each and every moment, How I want to live and how I want to feel. There is no lack. There is no scarcity. There is only massive, Massive abundance. It's everywhere. I lay my head on my pillow at night and I set the intention for a beautiful, Peaceful, Loving night's sleep. And I drift off and have the most exquisite, Beautiful dreams.
