This is Tiana.
I am here to guide you through today's meditation.
Have you ever wondered what mindfulness is exactly?
Everybody talks about it.
Be mindful.
But how am I mindful?
I have been wondering.
And I find it very difficult to be mindful.
Maybe you feel the same.
I have been meditating about the subject.
I have been asking people.
And I have asked my angel.
Who accompanies me.
So when I am in despair,
I always ask Him.
And we came up with the following meditation.
Which I want to pass on to you.
It comes from the love of the Universe.
Find yourself a peaceful place for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Put your hands on your belly.
And follow your breath.
Try to sit as straight as you can.
Still comfortably.
And then just Follow your breath.
Follow it in your body.
Find out what movements it creates.
Can you feel your belly rising and falling?
Can you feel your chest?
How it moves.
Can you feel the sensation of your breath in your heart?
Just breathe through your heart.
And awaken it.
As if you want to kiss it.
A kiss of love.
From the prana of the universe.
But then just kindly.
Breathe through your heart.
Pay attention to what you are doing.
And do it slowly.
And that brings you into the present moment.
Observe your body.
Do you have a smile on your face?
Or are you grumbling about something?
Everything is fine.
You are just the observer.
Just pay attention.
And you embrace everything as it is.
Like you embrace a little child when it cries.
And you embrace it when it smiles.
Both belongs to life.
Both belongs to you.
And to the present moment.
We want to shape the present moment.
According to our wishes.
But that is not necessary.
We just follow our breath.
A present moment is just wonderful.
We are mindful.
We have a lot of energy.
A lot of prana.
And the next moment will be born from this moment.
And if we were mindful.
Chances are good.
That it will be a wonderful next moment too.
And from this it carries on.
From moment to moment.
And when you are mindful,
Your body is happy.
And your heart.
And then,
Your heart sends your smile into your face.
This is why Buddhist monks often have this wonderful,
Kind smile on their face.
Because they are just absorbed in the present moment.
State that makes you happy.
Far away from your worries.
And if a worry does arise.
Just embrace it.
You smile at it.
And you breathe into your heart.
So it can dissolve.
And you can come back enjoying.
The sun on your skin.
The blue sky.
Birds chirping outside.
And the rustling of the leaves.
Maybe it is fall.
To go for a walk in a forest.
And admire the colourful trees.
Or it is spring.
And you enjoy the new green.
All around you.
Whatever it is.
It is fine.
Embrace it.
And you come back to your breath.
Your breath is always your anchor.
Is there a noise that disturbs you?
Embrace it.
Maybe you name it.
Plane.
Or a car.
Or a crying child.
Maybe it is your own crying heart.
You embrace it.
You can name it if you want it.
And you return to your breath.
To your anchor.
As long as it needs.
Until you are able to let go.
And just smile at it.
You smile at the car.
Hey,
Maybe it's your nice neighbor in it.
You smile at the plane.
And you think.
.
.
Hey,
Maybe it is that plane that carries the wonderful fruits to me that I love so much.
Or maybe it reminds you of somebody you love.
And maybe at the moment.
Your relationship is not going so well.
So breathe into your heart.
Send it a smile.
And remember a wonderful moment you shared.
Remember the love that you share.
Not only the anger.
Bye!
Hearts want to love.
You just need to remember them.
Of wonderful moments you shared with people.
And they will find it easier.
To get back into balance.
And to love.
Are you feeling your breath right now?
Are you feeling your belly rise and fall?
Are you feeling the warmth?
That the prana of the universe brings into your body.
The oxygen.
That nourishes your cells and your body.
Can you hear my voice?
Guiding you through this meditation.
Anchoring you in the present moment.
Like your breath.
I hope you found this meditation helpful.
And I hope you better understand now what it really means to be in the present moment.
So let's be together in the present moment.
So that if we meet on the street,
You never know.
We can't see each other.
We sense that there is another person.
We smile at the other person and he or she smiles back to us.
Because we both are in the present moment.
Not lost in our thoughts,
Distracted by our feelings.
I wish you a pleasant day.
Full of mindfulness,
Of joy and of laughter.
And I hope you will come to visit me again.
To meditate with me.
And my angel.
Goodbye.
