My name is Diana.
I am a Mind-Body Connection coach,
A psychosomatic specialist,
And a meditation teacher.
Please find a comfortable seated or lying position.
Keep your back relaxed but straight.
Take a deep breath into your belly,
Chest,
And head,
And release everything with a sigh.
Allow yourself to close the eyes.
And let's take a slightly deeper breath together and breathe in and out.
Letting go of all the thoughts,
Worries.
And let's take a deep breath in and out through the mouth like you're blowing through a straw,
Making your breath out longer.
Tune into the sensations in your body,
How you're sitting or lying down,
Where your body touches the ground,
Perhaps energy moving in parts of your body or food digesting in your stomach,
Movements of breath,
Any tension or relaxation.
Just acknowledge everything what is without analyzing or judging it.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm light of your favorite color as a symbol of hope and possibility.
This light surrounds your body,
Your energetic body,
Your spirit,
And your surroundings.
You are safe and protected,
And you can relax a little bit more.
From this state,
Allow yourself to visualize your ideal future,
The next year.
What person have you become?
What have you accomplished?
What new skills have you learned?
How have you grown as a person?
What positive changes have you made in your life?
Visualize everything either in detail or as a general picture,
However it comes to you at this moment.
You may see some specific scenarios or scenes from the future,
Or just imagine how you would like to see that.
Now,
When you have a clear picture in your head,
Tap into the sensations and emotions in your body.
Notice where you feel the emotions associated with your future year in your body.
Perhaps it is warmth in your chest area,
Or lightness in your belly or shoulders,
Some tingling sensation in your hands,
Or lightness in your head.
Allow yourself to fully embrace these sensations.
Allow yourself to feel them fully.
And let these sensations expand to fill your entire being with a sense of light and warmth.
Let them grow and even outgrow your physical body.
And perhaps you may notice some changes or tiny shifts in your body.
Maybe your posture changed,
Or you feel a bit more confident,
Lighter,
Or more free.
Imagine all of these positive emotions and sensations as a warm light that illuminates from the center of your being.
Let this excitement,
Joy,
Or whatever it is for you to energize you,
To fuel your motivation and inspire you to take action.
And notice how your body reacts and responds to these feelings.
How does the feeling of accomplishment,
Growth,
Joy,
Pride manifest in your physical body?
And if it is difficult for you to notice these changes or responses,
You may just imagine or just feel whatever is present right now.
Imagine the positive feelings,
Elevated emotions as a gentle wave washing over you and carrying away any stress,
Tension,
Or negativity.
There is just this pure light within you,
Clearing everything that doesn't serve you anymore.
Let this sense of peace and contentment settle deep within you,
Creating a calm and centered presence.
Breathe deeply and let these sensations and feelings penetrate every cell of your body.
Imagine yourself looking back at the year that has passed,
Acknowledging the progress that you've made,
The challenges that you've overcome successfully,
And the incredible person that you've become.
You may put a gentle smile on your lips or hug yourself,
Whatever feels right for you now,
To acknowledge your way.
Notice the strength and resilience that you've cultivated.
Feel the sense of satisfaction that comes from knowing that you've stayed true to yourself and pursued your dreams with passion and dedication.
Believe in the reality of this future.
Know that it is already within your reach.
And know that each step you take brings you closer to the vision that you have in your mind.
Take a slightly deeper breath.
Thank yourself for this visualization,
For the time that you took for yourself.
And as you bring your attention back to the present moment,
Reflect on one small,
Concrete step that you can take today to move towards this vision of your future.
It could be something as simple as writing down your goals,
Researching a course,
Or scheduling a meeting.
This small action will serve as a powerful first step towards manifesting your dreams.
Become present of your body,
Your surroundings,
The sounds around you,
The smells.
Bring some movement into your body,
And when it feels comfortable and right to you,
Open your eyes.
