You can put a hand on your stomach and just follow the natural flow of your breath.

Listen to the sounds around you,
Maybe in your room or outside the building.
Feel the weight of your body on the ground beneath you.
Check how you feel this morning.
What emotions do you have right now?
Where in the body it is?
And just sit with this emotion and do not follow any thoughts that may arise in your head.
Now we'll take three deep breaths.
In through your nose,
Feeling your belly and lungs,
We'll hold it on top and let go from the mouth.
Let's start.
Deep inhale,
Hold on the top at the crown of your head and let go of everything that doesn't serve you right now.
Great,
Let's do it two more times.
In through your nose,
Hold it on top,
Feel some tingling in your limbs and let go completely,
Feeling the wave of relaxation.
And once again,
Deep inhale through your nose,
Hold it on top,
Feel your energy inside your body and relax.
Now come back to your normal breathing and just follow the natural flow for a while.
Just feel gratitude for everything that you're happy to have in your life today.
Maybe it's your bed,
Your room,
Your food,
An electronic device that allows you to access this app,
Someone special and anything else that you want to say thanks for.
And of course,
Feel gratitude for your life.
Give thanks to yourself for taking the time to practice this morning and for setting your heart on this new day.
And now tune into your heart.
Let this love and gratitude spread outwards like a golden sphere from your heart to your back,
Your limbs,
Your head and your pelvis.
Let this golden sphere of gratitude and love exceed your body,
Fill your room,
Exceed your room,
Your house,
Your neighborhood,
Your city and whole country.
Imagine our globe being surrounded by your golden light that is spreading into the whole universe and beyond.
And for now sit here in the middle of the whole universe for a few moments.
And feel gratitude and love all around you and inside of you.
Perfect.
Now we will make a few intentions for the day.
Try to keep it short and affirmative as it's all already happened.
What is the most important thing you want to achieve today?
Maybe it's your work,
Your home chores or your studies.
Now think of something you want to do for yourself.
Maybe it's an evening meditation,
Some sports,
Eating healthy meals,
Reading a few pages of a book,
Calling a friend or taking a walk.
And finally,
How do you want to feel today?
In a vision that it all has already happened,
Feel it in your body.
Imagine lying down in your bed before going to sleep tonight and being proud of yourself for completing everything that you planned.
Feel how great it is to have achieved everything you wanted.
Feel that you made a great step forward in a professional life.
How well you took care of yourself and how amazing it was to live this day.
Immerse into this gratitude for yourself and for your efforts.
Feel it spreading over your body like a warm blanket covering you comfortably and causally.
Now put your hands into a prayer position in front of your heart.
Feel your heart beat.
And thank yourself.
Once again feel the wave of gratitude spreading from your heart.
Now move your hands to your front so the back of your thumbs touch the space between your eyebrows.
And let the wave of gratitude spread into your head.
Lower your brain and shower your whole body like a peaceful warm waterfall.
Let all your limbs,
All your organs,
Every cell of your body be covered with gratitude and love.
Now you can rest your hands on your lap or along your body and let your intentions and plans for the day go.
Let the universe help you make it real today.
Now just sit and tune into your breath once again.
