Hello dear friend,

My name is Diana and I am happy to welcome you today to our morning gratitude practice.

It is a sacred time to cultivate gratitude and set a positive tone for your day.

Find a comfortable seated position or you can even still lie down.

If you just woke up,

Just try not to fall asleep again.

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep inhale,

Allowing the healing power of love and acceptance to fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Release any remains of sleep and laziness.

Breathing the essence of peace and tranquility,

Allowing it to nourish your body and mind.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress that you may have accumulated within you.

Inhale the energy of gratitude and appreciation,

Filling your being with the essence of abundance and joy.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any worries or fears,

Allowing them to dissolve into the air.

Shift your focus to your heart center,

The radiant core of your being.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,

A reminder of the precious gift of life within you.

Take a moment to simply be with your heartbeat,

Appreciating the miracle of each pulsation that keeps you alive and connected to the world around you.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow your awareness to settle in your heart center.

Notice a gentle amber gratitude nestled within your chest,

Its soft glow illuminating your inner being.

Feel the warmth it radiates,

Spreading its comfort and energy throughout your entire being.

With each breath,

Visualize this amber of gratitude growing brighter and more vibrant,

Like a small flame dancing within your heart.

Sense its radiant energy expanding,

Reaching out to touch every cell and fiber of your being.

Allow the amber to ignite a sense of appreciation and contentment within you,

Nourishing your soul.

Notice clothes you are wearing,

Whether it's soft pajamas or a cosset sweater,

Home pants and socks or any other garment or blanket that touches your body.

Allow yourself to feel the fabric against your skin,

Sensing the comfort it offers and an opportunity for you to express yourself to the outer world.

Express your appreciation to the physical space that envelops you in its embrace and say a silent thank you to it.

Now,

Reflect on special people in your life,

Such as your family members,

Friends and loved ones.

Feel a surge of gratitude for their presence,
