Hello friend,
I know that this meditation will not be easy
but that is exactly what you might need right now.
If you are experiencing difficult emotions,
If you recently had a conflict no matter how big or tiny and you feel a whole range of emotions
and you got into the trauma of being lonely,
I totally get you,
I truly do.
I'm creating this meditation right after one of these life experiences and after letting go a
big load of heaviness,
Again through meditation and practices,
I try to use it as my power
because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a trauma of loneliness and who is scared,
Deeply
scared of being lonely and who feels deeply lonely from time to time.
The good news is that it's
getting better over the years,
With the practice,
With self-care,
Self-love,
With building trust
for yourself,
With learning how to trust others,
With deepening relationship with yourself and
others,
It becomes better.
That is why I am here talking to you and wishing to help.
In moments like this,
It is extremely,
Extremely important to find understanding,
To listen to someone's voice,
To someone who will say that it is okay what you're feeling and
and yes,
Trust me,
Believe me,
Even if you don't,
Just know that it is okay what you're feeling now.
It is okay to cry,
Feel scared,
Feel angry,
Irritated,
Defensive,
Wanting to run away,
To escape,
To shut down,
To leave the relationship with a person who hurt you or who you hurt,
With whom you just had a conflict.
It is okay,
It is natural
because you are a human being,
Because you have feelings,
Because your feelings are valid and valuable,
Because you,
As human being,
Is valuable.
Even if it is difficult to believe it or feel it,
You are.
Just accept the words,
You don't have to feel it,
You don't have to trust me,
But just listen to these words
and do not reject them.
You are valuable,
You are important,
Your feelings are important
and I'm here at this moment when you're listening to this meditation,
I'm here with you.
I'm here to cry with you,
To be silent with you,
To just spend time with you,
So you will not be alone.
Ease yourself
into experiencing all of the emotions that are inside of you now.
Let them go with tears,
With cries,
With screams,
With some physical expression.
Whether you want to destroy everything around you now,
But please be careful and don't do that,
You can beat a pillow or a bed,
Stomp your feet,
Or probably you feel like doing nothing and just lying on your bed or yoga mat on the floor,
Curled in a ball,
Holding yourself and crying silently.
Hug yourself now,
Even if it might feel difficult to do,
Touch your skin.
Be your best company,
Your best support,
Be with yourself fully in this moment.
Let all of these emotions go.
Do not try to rationalize,
Do not try to fix the conflict,
To fix the emotions,
To fix yourself,
Do not.
It's not the moment to do it now.
Just experience all of the emotions,
They will get easier.
Trust me,
Just let them go,
Experience them,
They will leave naturally.
Or at least the biggest part of them.
Whatever happened,
The most important is that you are alive,
That you breathe,
That you are here now,
And it will get better.
Cry,
My dear friend.
Even if you feel like the loneliest person in the whole universe,
Let your feel it fully.
Maybe you are alone now,
Or maybe there are some people close by,
Many people,
And you don't have the time to be with yourself,
To be with your loved ones,
To be with your family,
To be with your friends,
To be with your family.
To change this feeling.
You don't have to not be alone,
You don't have to be with other people,
You don't have to force yourself to do anything.
You don't owe anything to anyone,
Not even to yourself.
But try to take care of yourself just a tiny bit in this moment.
Look inside of yourself and see this little boy or girl,
This little person inside of you who feels so lonely,
So scared,
And hug this little child inside of you.
Hug yourself as tightly as you can,
As gently as you can,
Knowing that even if there is nobody else in this world,
You have yourself.
You are always with yourself.
Even after the ending of this meditation,
I want you to remember this healing experience of our meditation.
I give you a gentle hug.
I share my warmth with you.
