Hi my friend.

I'm so happy to welcome you here to our today's practice.

This meditation is inspired by the same name movie about time and today our practice will concentrate on the choice.

Sit or lie down comfortably remaining your back straight.

Relax your arms,

Legs,

Shoulders,

Neck and head and take a few relaxing deep breaths arriving fully into the present moment.

Letting go of all the chores,

Responsibilities,

Plans and allowing yourself to take this time just for you.

Recall a past situation where you felt like you could have made a different choice.

It doesn't have to be big,

Any situation from your past.

Let the memory unfold naturally.

Relax into knowing that it is simply a memory.

You are completely safe at this moment.

Feel the emotions you experienced in that moment and the sensations that your body experienced.

Yes,

That is it.

Continue breathing and recalling all of these details.

Now gently shift your perspective.

Acknowledge the experience you gained from that situation even if it wasn't the outcome you desired.

Believe that it was the best decision you could make given that time,

That knowledge,

That state of yours.

Instead of feeling sorry or regretting it,

Thank the opportunity to choose differently in the future.

Consider how that experience might help you make a different choice in a similar situation today.

And this is how my friend,

Any situation in your life might serve its purpose and be a great teacher.

Remember that you have the power to choose how you perceive and respond to situations.

And think about a current choice that you might face.

Take a deep breath and set an intention for how you want to approach this situation.

Once again,

You have the power to choose your response and shape your experience.

We are human beings and we naturally come back in our memories to the past situations and experiences that we would love to have been different.

But time is fleeting and nothing lasts forever.

So embrace the impermanence of life and make the most of each moment.

Appreciate the importance of living with purpose and intention.

Having a choice in front of you,

Don't be scared by how big and important it might be.

Be grateful for the opportunity to change your life for the better.

In your everyday life,

Find joy in simple moments,

Even amidst challenges.

Cultivate a sense of optimism and appreciation.

Find pleasures in small things and be grateful for the beauty of ordinary moments.

This is what life is made of.

This is what life is.

Bathe now in this feeling of gratitude for the chances that you have been given in the past,

For the serenity and tranquility of the present moment,

For the time that you have to dedicate to yourself and for all the beautiful future experiences.

Try to make every day meaningful and never take anything for granted.

Start taking slightly deeper breaths.

Bring awareness to your physical body,

Your surroundings.

Add some movement to your body parts.

And if it feels right to you,

Open your eyes and see the beautiful world around you.

After this meditation,

Journal your thoughts and feelings about this experience.

Highlight the most important insights and I would be truly thankful if you could share your thoughts with us in the comment section.

I deeply appreciate your trust and practicing with me.

See you next time.

Bye.
