Close your eyes,

Feet on the floor,

Both feet planted on the ground.

With your eyes closed,

Start taking a few deep breaths.

Breathe deeply into your,

All the way down into your stomach,

Filling your lungs,

Creating a strong energy current flowing through your lungs and pulling breath and life into your body.

Using your tips of your fingers on both hands,

Start tapping all around your chest,

Surround your heart chakra,

Gently tap all around your chest to start tuning into the feeling in your body right now.

Ask your body,

Tune into the sensation that you're feeling on your skin.

Tune into the energy that's in your chest,

Surrounding your heart chakra right now.

Tune into that feeling and allow yourself to shift from your mind into your body.

Today we're going to welcome peace and we'll use the mantra and the word peace.

So repeat over and over in our minds and in our heads as an invitation of welcoming it into our body,

As an invitation of welcoming the energy of peace into our bodies.

So start repeating the word peace in a gentle,

Calming tone in your mind,

While you continue to lightly tap your chest,

Bringing awareness to your heart chakra.

Peace.

Peace.

Peace.

And while you repeat that word peace gently and softly to yourself,

Remember that this is an invitation to invite and embrace the feeling of peace within your body and within your heart.

You're actively calling on your heart to grant you the peace that's within it.

As you continue to take some breaths with your eyes closed,

I'll start saying some mantras and affirmations to help you invite this feeling of peace,

To help you get into your body,

To help you feel peace all throughout.

Repeat this after me over and over again.

We're creating even more openness to receiving peace.

I'm open to feeling peace.

I'm open to feeling peace.

I'm open to feeling peace.

Using one hand now,

Put four of your fingers together on one of your hands and tap just up and down your sternum,

Just your sternum.

Tap gently and rhythmically on your sternum with all four fingers closed together.

And repeat,

I'm open to feeling peace.

Peace is within me.

I get to feel peace every day.

I get to feel peace whenever I want it.

By asking for peace,

I choose to let it in.

By asking for peace,

I tell my body that I'm ready for it.

By asking for peace,

I invite that feeling in.

Whenever I want peace,

I just have to ask.

Anytime I need peace,

I just have to ask.

Bring both hands back to your chest in your heart chakra,

Gently tapping with all your fingers.

Tap around your chest,

Right underneath your collarbones now.

Tap gently again,

Right under your collarbones as you welcome in peace.

Start to acknowledge with me,

Peace is always within me.

Peace is always here for me to access.

And at this point,

Whatever feels really good for you,

Just touch your body and your chest and your heart chakra region in whatever way feels really good and supportive for you.

You can tap,

You can gently drag your fingers across your skin,

Whatever you feels really,

Really good for you,

Staying focused on your chest and your heart chakra area.

When I ask my heart to receive peace,

I find it within me.

I get to ask my heart for peace whenever I want.

As I embrace peace into my life,

As I embrace peace into this moment,

I get to ask a question.

And at this point,

You don't have to repeat after me in your mind anymore.

You simply have to open your mind up,

Open your heart up to this peaceful feeling that's flooding your chest and your heart now.

Open your energy and your body up for receiving and feeling this peace and declare that I feel peace at this time.

I feel peace at this time.

Allow yourself to declare that.

And when you're ready,

You get to ask your body a question,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Staying mindful of your breath,

That you're bringing life force into your body with deeper breaths.

Open your mind,

Open your heart.

And whenever it feels good for you,

Ask yourself the question.

And answer it as quickly as you can,

Because whatever comes to your mind first is the answer.

Ask yourself the question,

What do I desire?

And allow peace to flood through you and allow whatever your intuition tells you to respond to you.

What do I desire?

I'm going to allow you to hold on to that question now,

Allow it to process through you while I give you some silence.

Keep your eyes closed and focus on what do I desire.

It doesn't have to be clear to you.

It can be a feeling,

It can be whatever comes to your mind.
