The power that was stripped from me is mine again and I call it back. The power that I once felt deep within me, I recall. I take every single ounce of my power back, Infusing my body with inner strength. My strength is once again restored. My strength is mine and cannot be taken from me in any way. I move forward with inner strength. I am a strong, Powerful, And loving person. I restore my strength. I reclaim my power. I restore my tenacity. I restore my grit. I restore my resilience.
