Hello and welcome to your Limiting Beliefs Guided Meditation.
This meditation will allow you to dive into the beliefs we hold to be true about ourselves.
It'll allow you to understand and explore the things we've been telling ourselves for many years that really aren't true but that others have projected onto us and we've accidentally chosen to believe over time.
Today we'll become aware of some of the beliefs holding us back.
I ask you now to sit or lay down in a comfortable position to allow yourself to come into a state that I guide you through of peace and relaxation physically in your physical body.
I'm going to take you through a journey of identifying and becoming aware of those beliefs inside you.
Sometimes allowing awareness is challenging,
Sometimes allowing awareness is difficult and I know that throughout this meditation you can handle it,
You can do it.
While these beliefs come up for you,
Your job is simply to allow them to come.
Your job is to sit or lay and listen to what comes up for you and simply to allow and if it gets challenging,
You can remind yourself,
I allow the process.
I allow what is flowing through me.
I allow challenge because it makes me stronger.
I allow,
I allow,
I allow.
So remember that as we're going through this meditation to practice allowance.
Now in your comfortable position,
Close your eyes if they aren't already and whether you're laying or sitting,
Face your palms up towards the sky.
Facing the skies,
The heavens,
The universe to let the universe know or whatever you believe that you're open to receiving and that you are connected to source.
Take a normal breath now,
One that you would typically breathe on any given day and allow a couple typical breaths to flow through you.
Just focus on the airflow that comes in and the airflow that goes out and when you've exhaled completely,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slow and controlled and let a slow,
Steady exhale out through your mouth.
It should sound something like this.
If your breath sounds similar to the ocean,
Stay with that and if you can't get that sound to flow through you,
That's okay.
Focus on slowly bringing the air in.
Try to bring the air in through your nose for at least four slow seconds with a slow,
Controlled,
Steady breath and allow the air to flow out through a tiny little opening in your mouth for at least six seconds.
Count to whatever you can time-wise on your inhales and exhales and mostly focus on expanding your belly,
Taking a deep diaphragm breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take three deep,
Controlled,
Slow and steady breaths now,
In through your nose and out through your mouth and allow your attention to draw to the top of your head,
To your crown chakra and vision a white,
Bright light like a channel opening through your crown all the way up to the sky and the universe above.
It's an open channel of beaming white light.
If you have a hard time visualizing,
Don't worry.
Do this all with your thoughts,
With your mind,
With the words in your head.
Simply listen to my words and allow.
Don't force yourself to visualize if it's hard for you.
Just allow whatever comes to you as I speak the visualizations.
As you're imagining this beautiful,
Bright white light beam ascending up to the sky above to the universe,
To source,
Know that you are connecting to source in this moment.
You are connecting to divine guidance right now and through you,
You will receive clear messages as we explore the limiting beliefs that come up for us so that we can become aware of what is holding us back.
Continuing to focus on your breath.
Focus now on your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your eye sockets,
Your temples and notice any sensations you might be feeling in this area and put a name to the sensation.
Identify it.
Is it tension,
Tightness,
Tingling,
Lightness,
Anything that you feel here or if nothing at all,
Just put a name to it.
And if you notice any sensation that feels in a negative way,
Ask yourself,
Is there a limiting belief that I hold in this area?
Is there a limiting belief around how I see the world that comes to mind?
Am I holding a limiting belief about my view of the world or how I look to the world?
What is the limiting belief that I hold about the world's perception of me?
And as these words and beliefs come to mind,
If any do,
Allow,
Allow,
And allow.
If tears flow,
Allow.
If challenging emotions come up,
Allow.
And know that you are safe and you are held by the universe and by the safety and security within yourself.
Bring your attention and your awareness now down to your face,
To your nose,
Your mouth,
Your chin,
Your cheekbones,
And just underneath your ears.
And also bring your attention down underneath your chin,
Up to your,
Down to your throat,
Your voice box,
Where we make speech and sound from.
Focus on this area from nose down to your throat and ask yourself,
Are there any beliefs I hold here?
What is the sensation I'm feeling in this area and what beliefs do I carry there?
Is there something I believe about my voice,
About the words I speak to the world and to the people around me?
Is there something I don't say?
And is there a belief around what you do or don't say,
About the expression you do or don't do?
What limiting beliefs are holding you back in regards to your voice and your self-expression and how you show up?
And focus now on allowing.
Whatever comes to you,
Allow,
Allow,
Allow.
Bring your attention now down to your shoulders.
Bring your attention to your shoulders,
The tops,
The sides,
The front,
The back.
And draw your attention now to your chest as well,
So that you're,
You have awareness of the tops of your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your lungs,
And your chest,
That whole area,
The upper part of your torso.
And ask yourself,
Is there some sensation that I feel in this area,
In the area of my heart chakra,
My heart space?
Do I feel my breath is shallow or deep?
Does it feel constricted or with ease?
Does my chest feel tight or loose?
What sensations am I noticing in this part of my body?
And as you put a name to the sensation,
If any at all,
Ask yourself,
Are there any beliefs,
Limiting beliefs that hold me back in my heart center?
Do I hold any beliefs in my heart center?
Do I have any beliefs about the way I love and about how I receive love?
Do I have any beliefs about who loves me?
What are the beliefs that come to your mind now?
Allow some time and space for those beliefs to flow in and simply allow,
Allow,
Allow.
Repeat the words,
I allow,
I allow,
I allow.
Focus on your breath again,
Do not fade away from your breath,
Stay in tune,
And draw your attention now to just underneath your heart space,
Just underneath your heart space,
All the way to the top of your hips,
To the crest of your hips.
Ask yourself,
Is there any sensation I feel in this area,
The area just above my sacral chakra and the area that contains the solar plexus?
What sensation do I feel here?
And with the sensation,
Does the sensation and the feeling I have here hold any beliefs I feel about my identity?
Do I believe anything to be true about my confidence and who I am in this world?
Allow,
Allow,
Allow the beliefs to come through for you.
Scan now in the crest of your hips,
Down to your knees,
Down to your feet,
All the way to the soles of your feet.
Within this area,
You have your sacral chakra and your root chakra.
Ask yourself now,
What sensations do I feel in the upper region of this area that I'm scanning right now?
Do I feel anything in my stomach,
Torso area?
Still anything now in my hips,
My sacrum,
My pelvis?
What sensations am I experiencing and what beliefs do I hold to be true here?
What do I feel about my creativity,
My sensuality,
My fun,
My ability to experience fun and play and pleasure?
And what do I experience and feel and feel to be true about my safety,
My security and my groundedness?
Allow the beliefs to flow in as they will.
Allow,
Allow,
Allow.
At this point,
You may be tearing up,
You may be crying,
You may be feeling nothing,
You may be feeling something in your whole body,
In your mind,
In your heart,
In your soul right now.
Whatever you're experiencing in this moment is exactly meant for you.
Breathe through it.
Focus on your breath and control that breath.
Bring the air in slowly and in a controlled way through your nose and allow it to slowly flow with ease out your mouth.
Focus on your breath and on allowance.
Bring your awareness now all the way back to the channel of white light coming from your crown to the universe,
Ascending upwards.
And as you imagine that white beam of light ascending to the universe,
I want you now to picture that white light all of a sudden coming from the universe in a ball,
A ball that's traveling within and inside that channel,
That beam.
Picture the ball all the way in the skies above and allow that ball now to descend,
To go all the way down this channel of light into your crown chakra,
Into your third eye,
Into your throat chakra,
Into your heart chakra,
Down your spine,
Down your body,
Down your heart chakra,
Through your solar plexus,
Through your sacral,
Through your root chakra,
And now out both legs,
Down both legs,
And all the way out the soles of your feet.
And let out a loud exhale.
Do this one more time.
Look up to the sky,
Look up to the universe,
And see a white ball of light coming down from the sky through that white beam of light,
A white ball of light descending into your crown chakra,
Into your third eye,
Into your throat chakra,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your root chakra,
Down your legs,
And out the soles of your feet it goes.
Let out three loud audible breaths and sighs.
Shake your hands slowly or rapidly.
Allow yourself to push out the energy you just let in.
That white ball of light that just surged through your body was cleansing your body of all the everything,
All the energy you just experienced.
Now shake it out of your hands rapidly or slowly,
Tingle,
Whatever,
And allow yourself to shake and flutter your toes and your feet and your legs and your arms now,
And shake that energy out.
Now tighten your fists,
Tighten your legs,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
And when you release,
Let out a loud sigh and throw all of that energy out.

You can come back to awareness.
Open your eyes whenever you're ready,
And I want you to take out your journal and stream of consciousness,
Write anything and everything that comes to mind down in bullet format,
In sentence format.
Let it all flow out your hand.
