That was beautiful.. I dropped in immediately and stayed there the whole time. 10 minutes of progressive crystal bowls has the equivalent of 20-30 minutes of other meditations I've heard. The only suggestion would be to use clear toe nail polish instead of fluorescent blue for the thumbnail image. (9/20/20: pardon the deadpan humor. Your partner should wear whatever color she likes 🙏)
