Let's take a deep breath in.
Breathing in this present moment.
This safety and protection of this present moment.
And as we exhale,
We put a grounding cord down from our hips,
Down all the way into the center of the earth.
And we release through that grounding cord all the worry and the stress and the anxiety.
And the fear we let it all go just for now,
For this time and this prayer together.
And we breathe up,
Breathing in love and self-care.
Breathing in trust and faith.
And we exhale and we let go of fear and doubt and worry.
Breathing in this moment,
I'm so grateful to be here together to share this prayer for safety and protection.
I'm grateful that you've shown up and that you're here to receive these words and to allow yourself to breathe and to relax and to be.
I know there's one power in the universe,
This power we call the divine great spirit.
Some call it God or the goddess.
Some call it the universe.
This power and presence is the great intelligence of all.
This power is love.
It is wholeness.
It is safety,
Protection,
Beauty.
This power is all that is.
It is everywhere present,
This love,
This safety,
This protection.
And I know I am always one with this power.
I am always connected and never separate from the divine,
From pure love,
With wholeness.
I'm always connected with truth.
And as this is true for me,
I know this is true for you,
That right where you are,
The divine is,
God,
Goddess is,
Wholeness is,
Protection is,
Wellness.
Well-being is,
Safety is.
With every breath you breathe,
You are one with the divine.
As we anchor this truth for you,
I call forth knowing that safety and protection is the order of the day.
We release all fear,
All worry,
All collective fear back into the nothingness from which it came because all thoughts are just energy.
And we can release that fear and that doubt and that worry back into the nothingness from which it came.
Letting it go from your mental and physical body right here and right now and calling forth and breathing in strength and courage and knowing that you are safe,
That those you love are safe.
Knowing that you are divinely protected in every step you take,
In every moment throughout your day,
You are protected,
You are safe,
You are whole,
You are well.
Knowing this for you.
Claiming this for you,
Imagining a sphere and circle of energy protecting your aura at all times,
Protecting you from any negativity and knowing that All that is allowed in your energy field is love.
Is trust,
Is wholeness,
Is well-being,
Divine protection.
I'm so grateful to speak this word and to know that you are safe,
Your loved ones are safe.
I'm so grateful to speak this and to release this prayer into the universe knowing it is already done.
And so it is.
