A yearning to become an artist.

There were brave spirits who from a stage moved the hearts of humankind.
They too felt solitude,
But stood up.
They too hesitated to step on uneven ground,
But they never faltered.
Today,
They are no longer with us,
But their music stays on.
Today,
You are forging your own path.
Today,
You are singing your own songs.
Today,
You are the referent for future artists to come.
Close your eyes.
Turn towards your inner world.
Connect with your breathing.
Breathe.
Breathe deeply.
Inhale and exhale.
Allow yourself to move to a space of inner silence,
Of stillness in your mind.
Align yourself with your center,
The center of your voice,
Of your creativity,
Of your being.
Breathe.
Connect with the ancestral line containing all artists,
The singers who preceded you and who also vibrated with music through time.
There is an infinite space with all the voices,
Songs and melodies which the universe nurses lovingly in its womb.
This is a legacy which remains intact,
For nothing has been lost,
But could be lost.

But continues in the cradle of creation.
Music desires to be reinvented in each living song.
Feel you are in tune with that heritage to which you also belong.
Breathe.
Feel your belonging.
You are a key link in this unbreakable chain of union.
Understand,
It is essential for you to progress along your unique path,
For this artistic chain to continue evolving.
Only in this awakening of consciousness will you discover the true purpose of your singing.
Look and reflect upon these artists,
Ask them for their blessing,
Yes a blessing to strengthen you and strengthen your conviction to continue and never renounce your inner calling.
They bless you.
Feel that powerful strength,
That energy which endorses you,
A magnetic energy which wants you to succeed,
Which wants you to be an artist.
Breathe.
You are no longer alone.
Now enveloped in divine protection,
Repeat this statement and affirm.
I thank the universe for the gifts that have been given to me,
For having a voice and being able to express myself through singing.
Today I choose to be an artist.
I am grateful for the support of all the artists who came before me.
I honor them and shine a light on those who are here now and those to come.
Now it is my time to continue on my path as an artist.
Observe the footprint that you will leave,
Which will be as great as a story you wish to write,
As infinite as you wish your music to transcend.
You draw it,
You paint it with the intensity of your light.
These are the footprints you will leave as an artist along your path,
On this earth and in the cosmos.
It will be in your own skin,
For you will not be able to transcend in the skin of anyone else,
From your own root,
Rooted in the center of your being.
It will be from your own voice,
For there will be no other to caress your life song better than you.
It will be from your own simple,
Pure truth.
In the midst of uncertainty,
Between heaviness and wakefulness,
In the midst of adventure and joy,
You will walk the path of your destiny.
At times without guiding light,
But with the clarity of purpose of the untiring warrior,
Trusting in your vision and inner fire.
Tread firmly with the dignity of knowing that each millimeter of your life belongs to you.
Tread firmly to reveal what you have come to release through your music,
For you and for humanity.
Honor each one of the artists who came before you,
With your commitment to become the best version of you.
Honor them,
Living a life of passion and values,
With enthusiasm and love for music.
Honor them and honor all those who believe and have believed in you.
But above all,
Honor yourself with a gaze of value from your innermost self.
In each minute of your way,
In each encounter with your voice,
In each unrevealed secret,

From your sacred stage,
