Hello I'm Deb Flanagan from Wisdom Arts and today I wanted to share with you a channel message that came through and I've titled it Courage.

You keep searching outside of yourself.

Still to this day you know you have the wisdom within you.

Use it to guide yourself.

Use it to help others.

You forget to use it on yourself.

This has to change.

Aren't you tired of going around in circles?

Aren't you tired of beating yourself up?

It's time to go in.

It is time to love yourself unconditionally.

It's time to forgive any regrets,

Anything you consider as mistakes.

It's time to breathe,

To anchor,

To listen,

To be.

It's time to breathe.

There,

There you see.

In each moment there is the gift of the breath.

There is the gift of stillness if you choose to anchor into it.

Pause,

Wait,

Retreat.

Allow the wisdom to drop in.

Allow the breath to guide you.

Allow the heart to open.

Allow the heart to heal.

The lessons have been learnt.

It's time to actually take hold and move forward once and for all.

Find that courage within.

Dig deep if you need to.

You know you have it.

Ask for help.

Seek the help.

Find the help as you need it.

You don't have to do it all alone.

Yes things have been tough but you've been tough on yourself.

Perhaps it's time to be kind and things will turn around.

The patterns must change,

The chains must break.

It's time for you to trust yourself.

Trust in spirit.

Ask and you shall receive.

Yes simple it is it seems.

It's in the pause that the wisdom comes.

Not in the floundering,

Not in the mind,

Not in the chaos.

Draw the chaos out,

Dance the chaos out,

Yell the chaos out at the paper not at yourself.

And be kind.

If you seem to be going backwards you just need to remind yourself you went off track.

Take a moment to pause and breathe again.

That's how quick it can change in an instant when you learn to be still,

When you learn to just be.

Allow,

Allow,

Allow.
