Connect To The Highest Light From Above And Below

When so much is happening within and around us, we can easily get caught up and become overwhelmed by fear, which causes us to contract and stay small. During this guided meditation using Shamanic drumming and Sadwana monochord bed, connect with the highest light from above and below and feel the expansion of your soul.

When there's a lot going on around us and within us, We sometimes tend to make ourselves small and then it's easy for us to get overwhelmed by everything that's playing out around us and within us. So during this meditation I want you to connect with the highest light from above and below. The first step we are going to connect to the highest light from below the heart of Mother Earth using the drum. I want you to really feel this connection and allow yourself to fill up with the nurturing and embodying this beautiful grounding motherly energy. The second part of this meditation we're going to use the monochord bed to connect to the heart of our Creator, The heart of the universe and connect and embody the highest light from above. And in the third part of this meditation we are going to combine these two together for you to fully be anchored, Grounded and expanded within and around all levels of you to the highest light from above and below.
