Welcome to this guided breath meditation.

I am Kevin from the Zeven Drivers.

Sit down with your straight back,

Place your feet flat on the ground and redirect your shoulders.

Now close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and slowly out through your nose,

Deep in again and out again,

Deep in and out.

Keep breathing this way,

Focus on your breathing,

When thoughts arise,

Immediately bring your attention back to your breathing,

Well done.

Feel how your body relaxes and keep taking deep breaths,

Take the relaxed feeling you have now with you into the rest of the day.

Breathe in and out deeply three more times,

When you are ready slowly open your eyes again,

You can power through the rest of the day.
