I have gastro (i think 😳) and I was vomiting alot. But this meditation seemed to stop the vomiting. And I fell asleep before I could finish it. So I'll listen to it again tonight. Thank you, Bill. You're the best

I have insomnia (from stress) lately and this helped me fall asleep when I woke up at 1:30 AM and couldn’t sleep. Thank you, Bill! 💙 P.S. Stay safe in the upcoming storm tomorrow! 🥶 Edited to add: not sure if you’ll see this, Bill, but so far we are ok. Some downed wires and power outages in town. The snow is stuck to the window screens so it’s hard to see anything outside. Hope you are safe and warm!
