You are here. It is now. And this moment is enough. This offering is for you if your mind often lives in the past or reaches ahead into the future—if you feel weary of the stories you’ve carried, the identities you’ve outgrown, or the quiet belief that something about you or your life should have been different. It’s for those moments when you sense there must be another way to be with life. Over the course of 21 days, you’ll be guided back into the simplicity of what is. Through gentle, grounding practices, you’ll learn to meet reality with openness, soften your grip on control, release what you’ve taken personally, and allow worry to transform into gratitude. Little by little, you’ll remember the peace that already exists in the present moment. Buddha taught that attachment is the root of suffering. In this course, you’re invited to honor the coping skills that once protected you. They served a purpose. With gratitude, you can thank them—and then loosen your attachment to what is no longer needed. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself. To right here. To right now.

Lektion 1
Everything Happens For A Reason...Or Does It?
This lesson explores the adage that everything happens for a reason and how that can both bring meaning and create barriers which keep us stuck searching for that meaning. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 2
Radical Acceptance
This lesson defines the theory of radical acceptance. It also encourages us to practice radically accepting people and life without expecting perfection, after all, we are human. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 3
Change Our Perception, Change Our World
This lesson encourages us to possibly step out of our comfort zones or habitual ways of thinking and viewing the world to give ourselves the opportunity to see people, things, and experiences from a different perspective. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 4
Identify Patterns And Soul Lesson Plans
This lesson encourages us to look back retrospectively and identify patterns in our lives as lessons on our individual soul plans for this particular walk as humans. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 5
Gut Instinct
Humans have a gut instinct guidance system. However, we, unlike other creatures, have minds that can choose to override those instincts. Unlike all other creatures, we can rationalize and talk ourselves out of listening to the truth of our bodies. Does that make us superior to them? Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 6
Reality Always Wins
Our attachment to the past includes all the stories we tell about the traumas we experienced, all the expectations that were not met, and all of the ways things should have been, if only things had been different. None of these attachments is based on reality. Reality always wins. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz),
Lektion 7
Control Is An Illusion
The sooner we are all able to grasp this theory, the more peaceful our lives will be. There is no such thing as control. If we think about it, just when we think we have a situation under control, something else comes along to disrupt what we have perceived as control. Explore your relationship with control. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 8
All Communication Is Projection And Never Personal
Communication is a process of people projecting their own "stuff" toward one another and finding commonalities based on shared human experiences. We can only ever talk about our own stuff, for example, our own experiences, memories, or feelings. So, when I am talking, it is about me toward you and never personal about you. Hard theory to grasp and liberatingly worth the practice. Background music by Narek Mizaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 9
Myth: It Is Normal To Argue
I grew up thinking that arguing is a normal thing. Then, one day I woke up to a beautiful sunny morning, and it literally dawned on me like a Universal download, it is not normal to argue. That is an excuse to behave poorly. It is the easy way out, because it takes effort to have a productive disagreement or difficult conversation, to compromise or concede a point. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 10
Manipulation, Remembering We Have Choice
The intention of recognizing manipulation in everyday interactions helps us to stay in our power… by remembering that we have choice and making the choice to engage or not. Non-engagement is a powerful choice. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 11
Asking For What You Want
Asking for what we want sounds easy enough, doesn't it? Yet how often do we actually do it? This is a practice to remind ourselves of the importance of using our words, rather than expecting those around us to just know. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 12
Words Have Power
Words are charged with energy. Yet so often, we use them as weapons - especially against ourselves. We are all our own worst enemies. The ego is our judge and jury. It uses our words against us, puts us down, and reminds us how we are not enough. Choosing our words carefully is a compassionate practice. Background music by Narek Mirzaei (8 Hz).
Lektion 13
Worry Does Not Mean We Care
Worry causes stress and can literally make us sick to our stomachs. It takes our minds off other things that might be more positive and productive. Worry is not positive, no matter how we twist it. It is rooted in fear, a perceived lack of control, and is the number one cause of anxiety. What if there were a different practice? Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 14
Expectations
Just because we expect something does not mean that we will get it. That reality might be hard to accept, and it is true. We do not expect things from people. Imagine not having expectations and accepting life at face value. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 15
Jealousy
We have mistakenly believed that jealousy somehow means we care or even love someone. Knowing what you know now about all communication being projection, what are you thinking now? Explore jealousy from a new perspective. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 16
Triggers
Saying someone or something is a trigger is a way of blaming an external source for our choice of how we feel or how we react. Just sit with that as you process this reality theory. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 17
Liminal: The Space In-Between
Do you experience anxiety or spiraling thoughts? This is an interactive theory that gives you a tool to practice experiencing moments of peace when you need them most. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 18
Don't Date Potential
Potential is another form of expectation. It is also a way of making relationships or situations conditional. Why do we think we have the right to determine someone else's potential? Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 19
Hell
This is an unconventional perspective for sure. Open your mind and sit with it before dismissing it. Radical acceptance of everything, including hell, brings peace and keeps us grounded in the now. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 20
Death
Are you afraid of dying? Lots of people are. What if you could release your fear and move into a space of not only acceptance, but also embracing death as a celebration? Our tight grasp of fear of dying causes us to suffer, and I challenge it factors into how you actually live. Background music by Narek Mirzaei, Relaxation (8 Hz).
Lektion 21
Reincarnation
Congratulations! We have come to the final theory of our course. The theories presented are practices and thus, never-ending. Reincarnation is that as well. Our bodies may expire; however, our souls, which are comprised of our life energy, are also never-ending.
